Framework for the
2023 – 2026
Framework for the Future is ASD’s strategic roadmap for 20232026. Four major aspirations will drive our work over the next three years as we continue to strengthen our position as one of the leading international schools of the world.
These aspirations represent our commitment to ENGAGE ALL , INCLUDE ALL, INSPIRE ALL , and NURTURE ALL , and were born out of the collective insights of stakeholders across the ASD community, including Students, Faculty, Staff, Alumni, Parents and Trustees.
Ultimately, we stand on the shoulders of those that came before us and have created the tradition of excellence that ASD is known for around the globe. The realization of these new action plans will ensure that ASD’s students are provided with a transformational experience that has positive impacts on Dubai, the UAE, and beyond.
I invite you to review the material enclosed in this booklet and to engage with us through 2026—when we will be celebrating our 60th birthday. As always, we are thankful for your partnership, and we look forward to sharing our progress.
Sincerely,
Dr. Steve Druggan Superintendent
