For years your Labour councillors have done nothing about the problems you face every day; preferring to waste money on pet projects, like teaching Council staff how to walk and lots of statues, rather than listen to you and what you need. I have been listening and helping you make our community a better place since I first stood to represent you three years ago. In that time, although not your councillor, my campaigns for a Residents’ Only Parking Scheme around the hospital and derelict buildings to be repaired have been successful. I have helped stop local Post Office closures, prevented the imposition of the Congestion Charge and fought for greater safety on our roads. I want to build on that success as your councillor and a vote for me on May 5 th is a vote for someone who will stand up for our community and for a better future.
