A warm welcome to the Caravan Camping & Motorhome Show 2024! Over 400 exhibitors offering all the products, services, help, information and inspiration you need for enjoyable touring and camping in the great outdoors can’t wait to meet you! This is your first opportunity of the year to step inside and physically compare hundreds of new campervan, caravan and motorhome models from UK and Europe’s leading manufacturers and dealers, side-by-side. With so many models to choose from, our website, findmyleisurevehicle.co.uk can help. Search vehicles by the specifications that are important to you and compile a shortlist of favourites along with their stand numbers to visit. Whether you are new to touring, a seasoned pro or planning to buy your first caravan, campervan or motorhome, free help and impartial advice on all aspects of ownership is on offer from friendly industry experts in the Leisure Vehicle Advice Centre (Hall 3). You can try towing a caravan or driving a motorhome or campervan (under expert supervision) by booking onto the free sessions offered by the Camping and Caravanning Club and the Caravan and Motorhome Club respectively (see p32 & p30 for details). Prefer camping under canvas? Head to the Tent and Camping Hall (Hall 4) to explore the latest trailer tents, tents for group and family adventures as well as a new Adventure Camping Zone presenting small, lightweight tents for hiking and cycle touring.

Important Buying Advice A warm welcome to the Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show 2024. Here you will find a large selection of leisure vehicles: touring caravans, motorhomes, holiday homes (sometimes referred to as holiday lodges) and mobile homes (referred to as park homes), related equipment and accessories (for use in, or with, or for the enjoyment of such vehicles), on display for you to view and purchase. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (“the Regulations”). Trading Standards have advised NCC Events (as promoter of this show) that any contract signed by a consumer for the purchase of a leisure vehicle will be regarded as being “on premises”. This means that there is no automatic right under the Regulations for a consumer to cancel a contract for any purchase(s) of a leisure vehicle or related equipment/accessories concluded at the show because it will be regarded as an ‘on premises’ contract. Please note that some leisure vehicle manufacturers’ stands will have third party appointed dealers trading from their stand. Third party dealer representatives are identifiable by special badges clearly stating they are from an ‘Appointed Dealership’ and the name of the dealership will be in bold text. If you require more information, please enquire with the dealership/retailer prior to your purchase.

Ella has been a gadget and technology columnist for LOOK Magazine and regularly writes for BBC News. She is probably best known as the ‘Gadget Guru’ on BBC2’s Something for the Weekend.
Gemma and Campbell AKA highlands2hammocks are travel writers who live a life on the road in their motorhome. Their nomadic lifestyle has taken them across the UK and Europe.
Ray Mears is a recognised authority on the subject of Wilderness Bushcraft. His latest book, The Best of British Woodland, aims to connect us more with our woodlands highlighting the use of different tree species and how they can help our overall wellbeing.

Kwoklyn is a 3rd generation restaurateur, celebrated TV chef and bestselling author of six cookbooks. When not on our screens he’s enjoys exploring new places with his caravan.
Hamza is a muchloved wildlife cameraman, TV presenter and the new President of the Camping and Caravanning Club. He is a keen ornithologist, recently publishing his first book, Be a Birder.

Kelly says: “The Central Registration and Identification Scheme (CRiS) is important because it provides touring caravan keepers with a registration document that links the owner to the national register of touring caravans – similar to the DVLA for cars. The VIN (vehicle identification number) and the caravan description are recorded on the CRIS database and a registration document is issued to the caravan keeper.”
For new caravans, UK dealers should automatically register your details with CRiS. For pre-owned tourers, register with CRiS for the lifetime you are the keeper for a one-off fee of £19.95. Before you buy a pre-owned touring caravan, a CRiS check will also confirm if the caravan has any outstanding finance, been reported as stolen, been written off by insurers and it can confirm the name of the registered keeper. The Tow GLIDE Double lock allows easy connection of the tow hitch with about 5 inches hitch movement before its locked. It’s been designed in a fail-safe locking mechanism so that when the vehicle pulls away, the user MUST check the legs are correctly locked, only then can the double lock mechanism be used. VISITOR ESSENTIALS
Parking Parking is included with all tickets. You do not need to pay on exit.
Dogs Only officially accredited assistance dogs are permitted at the show on production of their Assistance Dogs UK card. No other dogs may be brought onto the premises or kept locked in vehicles at any time.
First Aid If you require First Aid assistance, please notify any member of NEC staff or the Organisers. If the injury is serious please phone the Venue Operations Centre on 0121 767 2222 or 2222 from any internal (black) phone.
General Convenience Londis Newsagents have a branch on the Piazza Concourse at the top of the stairs next to hall 5.
Cash Machines Machines offering free withdrawals are available at Birmingham International Train Station.
Cafés There are a number of cafés and restaurants within the Halls and along the Piazza Concourse.
Lost Property For lost property, please attend the Organisers’ Office at the front of Hall 2 in the first instance. Outside of show opening hours, please visit the Security Suite adjacent to Hall 2 on the Piazza. Alternatively, you can call the Lost Property Office on 0121 767 3883.
Railway Birmingham International Railway Station is a 5-minute walk to the show. From the main train station concourse, visitors should follow signs for the NEC over the Bridgelink and down the escalators to reach the show.
Shuttle Bus The NEC operates a free shuttle bus service from the Car Parks to the Piazza main entrance. This service is in operation between 08:00–19:00 daily.
Taxis T.O.A. Taxis are available from the taxi rank outside the Piazza main entrance. If you have requested a pick-up from another private hire firm, they will collect you from the secondary rank opposite Hall 5.
Organisers’ Office Children Children’s wristbands can be picked up (free of charge) at all Hall main entrances and info points. They can help enormously in reuniting lost children with parents and guardians. Please fill in all details carefully.
Cloakroom Cloakrooms are located around the public Piazza Concourse, operating between 09:30 and 18:30 daily at a charge of £2 per coat and £3 per bag. Overnight storage is not possible and any items not collected by this time will be taken to Lost Property. You can contact them on 0121 767 3883.
Accessibility Accessible toilets are available across the venue. Changing Places facilities are available by Hall 2. If you require any assistance, please contact a member of NEC staff.

The main Organisers’ Office is located at the front of Hall 2 and is open between 08:00–18:30 each day. The Press Office is located at the front of Hall 4.
Meeting There is a meeting point on the public Piazza Concourse opposite Wetherspoons, and is signposted accordingly.
Smoking Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the venue aside from within designated smoking areas. This also applies to the use of e-cigarettes and vaping. Designated smoking areas are located outside each of the Piazza Main Entrances.
Toilets Toilets are situated at the rear of all Halls throughout the show and at various intervals along the public Piazza Concourse. Any member of NEC staff will be able to direct you to the nearest one. Alternatively, please refer to your show maps.
Wi-Fi Free visitor Wi-Fi is available across the NEC. No code is required, simply just search for the network and follow the steps on screen.
