With over a thousand models to explore, the Show offers a unique opportunity to physically get inside and compare the different layouts, specifications and finishes of the new season models in one place, side-by-side.

If you have any practical or technical questions or issues relating to leisure vehicle ownership, don’t miss the ‘Ask the Expert Panel’ sessions taking place each day from the Inspiration Theatre (Hall 9). The Theatre also hosts inspiring talks detailing routes and regions to visit on your adventures as well as interviews with celebrity caravanners, campervanners and motorhomers (see page 8 for the speaker line-up).

You’ll find awnings and annexes in halls 17 and 12, large accessory stores in hall 12 and a mix of accessory stands and services around the perimeter aisles. Be sure to explore all the halls to ensure you see and experience everything on offer. Our exhibitors are looking forward to meeting you.

A warm welcome to the Motorhome & Caravan Show 2023 you will find a large selection of leisure vehicles: touring caravans, motorhomes, holiday homes (sometimes referred to as holiday lodges) and mobile homes (referred to as park homes), related equipment and accessories (for use in, or with, or for the enjoyment of such vehicles), on display for you to view and purchase.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (“the Regulations”) Trading Standards have advised NCC Events (as promoter of this show) that any contract signed by a consumer for the purchase of a leisure vehicle will be regarded as being “on premises”. This means that there is no automatic right under the Regulations for a consumer to cancel a contract for any purchase(s) of a leisure vehicle or related equipment/ accessories concluded at the show because it will be regarded as an ‘on premises’ contract.

Please note that some leisure vehicle manufacturers’ stands will have third party appointed dealers trading from their stand. Third party dealer representatives are identifiable by special badges clearly stating they are from an ‘Appointed Dealership’ and the name of the dealership will be in bold text. If you require more information, please enquire with the dealership/retailer prior to your purchase. This information has been reviewed and agreed by Buckinghamshire and Surrey Trading Standards as the Primary Authority for NCC Events.

Katherine is a cycling journalist, presenter, podcast host and is one of the cycle industry’s most sought-after gravel gurus.

Rachael is a marketing manager at Cycling UK, a former mountain bike racer, off-road adventurer and long-time campaigner for inclusivity in cycling with a particular focus on women’s cycling.

WANDERING BIRD

Kat is passionate about inspiring others to have their own adventures and experience the freedom of life on the road. In 2018 she quit her job to pursue her dreams in a motorhome.

FELL FOODIE

Harrison Ward (AKA Fell Foodie), is an outdoor cook who recreates restaurant style meals on minimal equipment – usually in remote locations on a camping stove!

Siobhan is a retired BBC reporter and presenter. After feeling burnt-out whilst battling menopause and ageism, in 2019, aged sixty, she sold her belongings, bought a motorhome and embarked on a solo trip around Great Britain!

Exploring The Coastline Of Embleton Bay, Northumberland With The Ramblers, Britain’s Walking Charity

Britain is bursting with beautiful places to walk, from stunning coastlines to magical woodlands and wild open moorland. But if you’re looking for somewhere new to explore, a select few stand out among the rest.

Back in 2018, we got together with Ordnance Survey, the National Trust and ITV to ask the public to vote on Britain’s best walks. And this route, exploring the dramatic coastline and history of Embleton Bay in Northumberland, was a firm favourite.

Starting in the unspoiled fishing village of Craster, famous for its smoked kippers, you’ll head through the village, pick up a footpath and emerge through a

gate onto open pasture. You’ll pass two concrete buildings on your left, the remains of Craster’s secret World War II radar post. Dropping down diagonally along sheep tracks, Dunstanburgh Castle, a ruined 14-century castle, will loom into view.

The ruins of the castle cast a melancholic spell over one of the emptiest, most beautiful stretches of the Northumberland coastline. Rising from a headland protected on two sides by sheer cliffs and on the other by a deep ditch hewn from solid rock, the fortress was erected in the fourteenth century, ostensibly to ward off marauding Scots, but also as a symbol of the power and rank of its creator, Thomas Earl of Lancaster.

Skirting round the castle, via Earl Thomas’ medieval ditch, will bring you onto the coast path and the Embleton golf course. After five or so minutes, you’ll reach Embleton Bay, one of the county’s finest beaches. After walking along the

sand, you’ll cut left into the golf course before finding a bend in the river and rejoining the beach.

Rounding the point, you’ll reach Low Newton by-the-Sea, a pretty enclave of cream-washed cottages around a little green. The Ship Inn,

Safety

Hand sanitising units are available at each Hall main entrance.

Dogs

Only officially accredited assistance dogs are permitted at the show on production of their Assistance Dogs UK card. No other dogs may be brought onto the premises or kept locked in vehicles at any time.

Cafés

There are a number of cafés and restaurants within the Halls and along the Atrium Concourse.

Cash Machines

ATMs are available along the public Atrium Concourse; these machines have a withdrawal charge. Other machines are available at Birmingham International Train Station.

Children

Children’s wristbands can be picked up (free of charge), at all Hall main entrances and info points. They can help enormously in reuniting lost children with parents and guardians. Please fill in all details carefully.

Cloakroom

Cloakrooms are located around the public Atrium Concourse, operating between 09:30 and 18:00 hrs daily at a charge of £2/item and £3/luggage. Overnight storage is not possible and any items not collected by this time will be taken to the Security Suite. Please call 0121 767 3883.

Accessibility

Accessible toilets are available across the venue. Changing Places facilities are available by Hall 20. If you require any assistance, please contact a member of NEC staff.

First Aid

If you require First Aid assistance, please notify any member of NEC staff or the Organiser. If the injury is serious please phone the Venue Operations Centre on 0121 767 2222 or 2222 from any internal (black) phone.

General Convenience

Londis Newsagents have a branch on the Atrium Concourse next to Hall 9, selling a range of confectionary, basic medications, plasters and stationery.

Lost Property

For lost property, please attend the Organisers’ Office at the front of Hall 19 in the first instance. Call the Lost Property Office on 0121 767 3883.

Organisers’ Office

The main Organisers’ Office is located at the front of Hall 19 and is open between 08:00 – 18:30 hrs each day. The Press Office is located at the front of Hall 18.

Tickets

The See Tickets enquiry desks are located at the front of Hall 10 and 17 and are open between 9:30 - 18:00 hrs each day.

Meeting

There is a meeting point on the bend of the public Atrium Concourse between Hall 6 main entrance and Wetherspoons, which will be signposted accordingly.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the Venue aside from within designated smoking areas. This also applies to the use of e-cigarettes and vaping. Designated smoking areas are located outside each of the Atrium Main Entrances.

Railway

Birmingham International Railway Station is a 20-minute walk to the show. From the main train station concourse, visitors should follow signs for the NEC over the Bridgelink and down the escalators to reach the show. Alternatively, a free shuttle bus service is available from the Bridgelink and will be signposted accordingly.

Shuttle Bus

The NEC operates a free shuttle bus service from the Car Parks to the Atrium entrances. This service operates between 08:00 – 19:00 hrs daily.

Taxis

T.O.A. Taxis are available from the taxi rank outside Atrium Entrance 1. If you have requested a pick-up from another private hire firm, they will collect you from the secondary rank next to North 1a car park.

Toilets

Toilets are situated at the rear of all halls throughout the show and at various intervals along the public Atrium Concourse. Any member of NEC staff will be able to direct you to the nearest one. Alternatively, please refer to your show maps.

Wi-Fi

Free visitor wi-fi is available across the NEC. No code is required, simply search for the network and follow the steps on your screen.
