There is an urgent need for the participation of community as a whole and the youth in particular to promote innovation and achieve concrete and lasting results towards a sustainable mechanism for these issues.

Contribute to the strengthening of meaningful youth involvement in environmental issues especially on disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation such as:

1. Environment and Disaster Risk Reduction Basic Concepts training and emergency first-aid skills 2. online engagement of peers & adults through social media and networking 3. collaboration with the community

Increase and strengthen youth participation in governance and decisionmaking through the following:

1. Creation of a network of young people on DRR 2. Development and future implementation of action plans

At least 25 key leaders to be capacitated for environment and sustainable development advocacy especially on DRR and

For the Quezon City Phasing: 1. PhP 7000.00 - from the National Youth Parliament Alumni Association 2. Free use of the Quezon City Government Facilities

For the Tarlac Phasing: 1. Funding from the Tarlac Provincial Government’s Special Education Fund is under deliberation of the Provincial Legislative Board for approval ammounting to more or less Php 200,000 2. Commitment of 3 municipalities under the Tarlac Provincial Government to implement this project
