For the Tarlac Phasing: 1. Funding from the Tarlac Provincial Government’s Special Education Fund is under deliberation of the Provincial Legislative Board for approval ammounting to more or less Php 200,000 2. Commitment of 3 municipalities under the Tarlac Provincial Government to implement this project
