Since the team has been unable to participate in games here’s a little taste of what a typical gym day is like for us! 10 minute warmup Barbell Rows - 4 sets 8-10 reps Lat Pull-Downs - 4 sets 8-10 reps Close V-Grip Cable Rows - 4 sets 8-10 reps Single Arm Dumble Row - 4 sets 8-10 reps Bent-Over Rear Delt Flies - 4 sets 8-10 reps Lateral Dumbbell Raises - 4 sets 8-10 reps Barbell Front Raises - 4 sets 8-10 reps Shoulder Press - 4 sets 8-10 reps Short 5 minute cool down stretch Overall, with a workout like this our team will definitely be ready for some friendly matches and fun tournaments. This week the team is getting the opportunity to play some pick up games with the mens team; which will be good all around.
