Job Descriptions


NST GCDPi Duration: 25th of July,2015 – 30th of June, 2016(international/local) JD: • Conduct a market research and look for exchange partners for AIESEC in Armenia • Approach various countries and sign exchange partnerships • Assist MC to settle down the visa issues • Ensure that LCs provide relevant experience to EPs •Tracking PBoX flows • Realize all the required operations on EXPA

MoS: • number of exchange partnerships with countries

• number of GCDPi EPs at the end of the term as a result

Workload required: 7-8 hours per week

Profile Required:

SuperMega flexible person with good interpersonal skills. EXPA knowledge is required.


NST GIPo Duration: 25th of July,2015 – 30th of June, 2016(international) JD: • Conduct a market research and look for exchange partners for AIESEC in Armenia • Approach various countries and sign exchange partnerships • Assist MC to settle down the visa issues

MoS:

• number of exchange partnerships with countries • number of GIPo EPs at the end of the term as a result

Workload required: 7-8 hours per week Profile Required: SuperMega flexible person with good interpersonal skills. EXPA knowledge is required.


NST BD Duration: 25th of July,2015 – 30th of June, 2016 (local) JD: • Partner Servicing of current MC partners • Responsible for making proposals and updating company list • Responsible for national sales knowledge/skills development among members

MoS: • number of partners raised/followed up at the end of the term Workload required: 1-3 hours per week (flexible) Profile Required: Representative person with good communication, negotiation, selling skills.


NST Event Manager Duration: 25th of July,2015 – 30th of June, 2016 (local) JD: • Organizing various events for AIESEC in Armenia members • Responsible for events (f.e. parties) during conferences • Assist MC VP MaC in various external events

MoS:

• number of events organized

Workload required: 1-3 hours per week

Profile Required:

SuperMega flexible person with good interpersonal skills.,


NST Digital Marketing Duration: 25th of July,2015 – 30th of June, 2016 (international/local, 2 openings) JD: • Responsible for any promotional material created • Responsible for Brand Management both internally and externally • Creation of new national graphics • LC coaching and tracking in terms of DM • Tracking all national online channels (LinkedIn, Facebook etc.)

MoS:

• visibiilty of AIESEC in Armenia externally • number of followers, like in online channels • OGX EP RA

Workload required:

10-15 hours per week

Profile Required:

Creative individual with good knowledge of DM tools (Photoshop, CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro, Sony Vegas pro etc)


NST Media Duration: 25th of July,2015 – 30th of June, 2016 (local) JD: • Responsible for Highlighting every big event organized by AIESEC in Armenia • Responsible for raising media partners (with NST BD support) • Responsible for “description texts” for posters created by NST DM

MoS:

•Number of Media partners raised • AIESEC in Armenia visibilty in external channels • OGX EP RA

Workload required: 6-8 hours per week

Profile Required:

Creative person with good public speaking, writing skills.


NST TM Duration: 25th of July,2015 – 30th of June, 2016 (local) JD: • Assist in the development of national recruitment marketing plan • Insure the above mentioned plan’s implementation in local levels • Prepare tools for recruitment process (database, application form etc) • Assist MC TM in Creation of Educational Cycle • Assist MC TM in implementation of Educational Cycle • Visit LCs during recruitment process to ensure

MoS: • TMP | TLP numbers

• Engagement of youth to AIESEC •Educational level of Members

Workload required:

10-15 hours per week

Profile Required:

Flexible and calm person with analytical skills. Background in Psychology is preffered.


NST Finance | Legal

Duration: 25th of July,2015 – 30th of June, 2016 (local) JD:

• Assist MC in financial management • Create Budget in every national event • Maintain healthy financial system (invoices, bank accounts) • Create relevant financial model for AIESEC in Armenia • Tracking the internal audit at the end of each semi term • Execute and follow up Legal management processes (f.e. preparation, analysis, implementation of Compendium, Legal Registration, etc)

MoS:

• Relevant Financial Model • Sustainalbe Financial Budget as a result of Model •Legally educated members

Workload required: 5-8 hours per week

Profile Required:

Flexible and calm person with analytical skills. Background in Finance is REQUIRED.
