YOUR METRO ATLANTA REAL ESTATE EXPERT
“No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care.” - Theodore Roosevelt. This quote has been a mantra I live by and has become deeply ingrained in my DNA. Helping my clients achieve their dreams is my ultimate goal, and I pride myself on going the extra mile to make that happen.
I have been selling real estate for nearly 20 years, and through that journey, I have learned and gained invaluable insight and knowledge. I take my experience as well as my negotiation expertise to go to work for each client. Experience matters; let me go to work for you.
I am no ivory-tower REALTOR®; rather, I prefer a hands-on approach in every real estate transaction. I am invested in my clients, and I know how well I do my job directly affects my clients’ futures. I am humbled and grateful for all my buyers and sellers; nearly all my business comes from referrals, and I look forward to working with you as well.
A fun fact is that I’m a third-generation veteran. One weekend a month, I serve as a traditional guardsman in the Air National Guard as a Public Affairs Officer. I strive to live my life by the Air Force Core Values of ‘Integrity First, Service Before Self and Excellence In All We Do.’ If I’m not working, I’m likely working on a home project, gardening, hanging out with my dogs (Piper and Riley), exploring our beautiful city, researching foodie places to eat or finding a new place to travel.
“We were helping my mother sell her house and buy a new one at a time that was especially stressful. Brandon was a calm and trustworthy presence who went so above and beyond what was required of him that my family now considers him a friend. He sold my mother’s house within a week of listing it and then found her a house that we refer to as a “unicorn,” because we didn’t think that a house this perfect could exist. Brandon guided with his expertise, patience, humor and grace. He always had informed and thoughtful recommendations and never just told us what we wanted to hear. He really looked out for my mother’s best interests. Brandon’s integrity and humanity come before his desire to make a sale which is why he is so highly regarded and so successful. I enthusiastically recommend him. I would never work with anyone else.” – Rose L.
“I have worked with many different agents, and Brandon soars far above all of them. He is highly professional and dedicated to getting the job done. He gets to know his clients so he can serve them better. Brandon gives great advice and has brilliant insight at every step of the process. He’s fun to be with, caring and sweet. I have never worked with such a stellar real estate professional and would highly recommend him.” – Allison
G.“This is my second time using Brandon as my real estate professional, and he has been nothing but excellent both times! His knowledge of the markets, the neighborhoods, and his ability to make a property show at its best is uncanny. I highly recommend Brandon Patterson!” – Lee R.
“Brandon is hands down the best agent I’ve ever worked with - that’s saying a lot because I have bought and sold 18 properties.”
