I was recently scrolling through

lifeCREAMY SAUSAGE DIP

recipes on my Instagram feed when a recipe for sausage dip jumped out immediately. I knew I needed to try it and put my own spin on it. This recipe screams major appetizer opportunity as guests will keep coming back for

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 LB. SWAGGERTY’S SAUSAGE ROLL (SAGE OR REGULAR) • 15 OZ. CAN OF ROTEL • 8 OZ. CREAM CHEESE OR DAIRY FREE OPTION: MIYOKO’S

ORGANIC CASHEW CREAM CHEESE • 2-3 ROASTED RED PEPPERS DICED

DIRECTIONS:

1. FULLY COOK THE SAUSAGE ACCORDING TO

INSTRUCTIONS AND LET COOL IN THE SKILLET. 2. WHILE SAUSAGE IS COOLING DICE THE ROASTED RED

PEPPERS. 3. ONCE SAUSAGE IS COOLED ADD IN THE ROASTED RED

PEPPERS, CREAM CHEESE, AND ROTEL CAN (DRAINED). 4. STIR UNTIL EVERYTHING IS COMBINED. 5. PUT THE SKILLET BACK ON LOW HEAT AND WARM FOR

ABOUT 5-10 MINUTES (LONGER PROVIDES A DELICIOUS

CRUST FORMING AT THE BOTTOM). 6. SERVE IMMEDIATELY WITH CRACKERS, CORN CHIPS,

CELERY, SLICED PEPPERS, CARROTS, ETC.

more. Just make sure you have plenty of dippables on standby or you might catch someone trying to use their hands. That's how good this dip is!
