CREAMY SAUSAGE DIP INGREDIENTS: •
1 LB. SWAGGERTY’S SAUSAGE ROLL (SAGE OR REGULAR)

8 OZ. CREAM CHEESE OR DAIRY FREE OPTION: MIYOKO’S

15 OZ. CAN OF ROTEL
ORGANIC CASHEW CREAM CHEESE 2-3 ROASTED RED PEPPERS DICED

FULLY COOK THE SAUSAGE ACCORDING TO

ONCE SAUSAGE IS COOLED ADD IN THE ROASTED RED PEPPERS, CREAM CHEESE, AND ROTEL CAN (DRAINED). STIR UNTIL EVERYTHING IS COMBINED.
PUT THE SKILLET BACK ON LOW HEAT AND WARM FOR
ABOUT 5-10 MINUTES (LONGER PROVIDES A DELICIOUS CRUST FORMING AT THE BOTTOM).
SERVE IMMEDIATELY WITH CRACKERS, CORN CHIPS, CELERY, SLICED PEPPERS, CARROTS, ETC.
