Panda Express Celebrates Record-Breaking Year
In 2021, Panda Express donated over $23,000 to Levine Children’s Hospital – a record-breaking fundraising year for our local Children’s Miracle Network partner made possible by the generosity of employees and customers. This year will mark another milestone for the restaurant company as it celebrates 15 years of partnership with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Since then, Panda Express has raised over $100 million for local children’s hospitals across the United States and Canada through in-store donation boxes, an associate giving campaign, and annual golf invitationals.
IHOP Customers Batter Up for Children’s Health
Known for being ‘everything you love about breakfast’ IHOP restaurants nationwide have celebrated a 16-year history of battering up for sick and injured children treated at Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, including Atrium Health Levine Children’s. During National Pancake Day – the breakfast chain’s signature annual fundraiser held each March – IHOP restaurants across the country served up millions of free pancakes, equating to millions of miracles at CMN hospitals, which rely on donations to provide exceptional patient care to sick and injured children. Locally, 15 IHOP restaurants participated in National Pancake Day and Miracle Balloon campaigns benefiting Levine Children's Hospital.
Speedway: Fueling Miracles for Kids
Since 1991, Speedway LLC has been fueling miracles for sick and injured children nationwide as a partner of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. In the greater Charlotte area, local Speedway partners have embraced Atrium Health Levine Children’s patients and their families, raising more than $647,735 over the lifetime of their partnership with the CMN member hospital. In addition to a Speedway’s national “Miracle Tournament” held each year in Ohio, local Speedway stores participated in Round Up and Coin Canister Collection campaigns in 2021, raising a record $131,000 to benefit Levine Children’s.
