Shopping at Rinku Premium Outlets® Available with Easy Access
It is only about 50 km from KIX to the center of Osaka. Various means of transportation, such as railways, busses, and high-speed boats, bring you to major cities in Kansai: Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. The cost is only around 1,000 yen. “Cheap” and “easy” are our watchwords. Ticket information for each mode of transportation is available at the Travel Desk on the first floor of the Terminal 1 (T1) airport building.
A Shuttle Bus operates every day between KIX and Rinku Town, which is home to Rinku Premium Outlets® (208 stores), one of the biggest outlet malls in terms of the number of stores in the Kansai area. It takes only 20 minutes from KIX and the one-way cost is only 100 yen. You can enjoy shopping until the last minute, because the board in the outlet shows flight status at KIX.

ne of the must-see things in Kyoto are the excellent cultural properties open to the public exclusively in winter. Gardens, buildings, fusuma (sliding paper door) paintings, and Buddha statues not normally available are open to public viewing from January to March every year. In 2013, sites related to Yae Niijima (18451932), the wife of the founder of Doshisha University Jo Niijima (Joseph Hardy Neesima) and the main character of a TV drama that will be broadcast from January to December 2013, are introduced. Select valuable cultural properties including elegant and sophisticated pieces from high-ranking temples in which priests from the aristocracy and imperial lineage live can be seen. When visiting temples in winter, be sure to wear or bring along thick socks. Shoes must be removed and your feet will be cold. Temples have different schedules and open dates may change so be sure to check prior to an outing. Ume (plum) blossoms begin to bloom in February in Kyoto but the peak time depends on the year. The plum garden at Kitano Tenmangu, a shrine for the god of learning and also renowned for beautiful plum blossoms, is open to the public from early February to late March. Even though still cold, the promise of spring is in the air.

Gourmet Paradise 享受美食吧! 명물 요리를 즐기자

iven the nickname “Tenka no Daidokoro” (kitchen of the nation) in the Edo period (1603-1867), Osaka has long been famous for delicious and affordable cuisine. Osaka is blessed with abundant fresh ingredients and has been home to many highly skilled chefs with access to the quality knives forged in the neighboring area, Sakai, Osaka Prefecture. A unique food culture has prospered in Osaka for many years. Here we introduce some of the most common of the numerous delicious dishes. Osaka’s food culture includes many wheat flour-based dishes such as okonomiyaki, takoyaki, and udon. You can enjoy these delicious dishes at reasonable prices in countless restaurants in and around Osaka. The fundamental base of Japanese cooking is dashi, a broth made with items from the sea such as kombu kelp and shredded bonito and other items such as shiitake mushrooms. Especially in Osaka, dishes are not complete without at least a dash of dashi.
Okonomiyaki The base of okonomiyaki is a wheat flour batter made with dashi and various other ingredients, for example, eggs, shredded cabbage, tenkasu (crunchy pieces of deep-fried batter), and red ginger pickles. The batter is poured onto an iron hotplate like a pancake and slices of pork and/ or pieces of seafood such as squid and shrimp are added. After one side is cooked, the pancake is flipped and cooked on the other side. It is topped off with a generous amount of rich okonomiyaki sauce and sprinkled with aonori (seaweed flakes), bonito powder, and, for many, mayonnaise. Many Osakans eat the steaming hot okonomiyaki directly from the kote (spatula). The crispy outside and fluffy inside with the savory sauce is very tasty.
Negiyaki Negiyaki is similar to okonomiyaki but with a different flavor. The thinner variation of okonomiyaki is filled with chopped scallions, and soy sauce, instead of okonomiyaki sauce, is commonly used in many restaurants. Kitsune Udon

Takoyaki Takoyaki shops are everywhere in Osaka. A wheat flour batter is cooked with pieces of tako (octopus) using a special iron pan with spherical molds with a diameter of 3 to 5 cm. The globs of batter are continually flipped until nicely shaped and browned balls are formed. Some say that every household in Osaka has a takoyaki pan, an indication of just how much Osakans love it.

Ikayaki Ikayaki is another popular snack in Osaka made with wheat flour batter with dashi and chopped squid that is pressed between iron hotplates and topped with sauce.
章魚燒 街頭到處都有章魚燒店。小麥粉原料中加入章魚，烤成 直徑約3〜5公分的球型。大阪可說是家家戶戶都有一 台章魚燒烤盤，可見章魚燒是多麼貼近生活的美食。
Udon The fastidious approach of Osakans to dashi can be found in the plethora of udon restaurants. “Kitsune udon,” noodles topped with a large slice of abura-age (deep-fried tofu) is said to have originated in Osaka. Udonsuki, an udon dish stewed with various ingredients in a dashi pot, is another delicious way of enjoying udon.
Kushikatsu Although not flour-based food, kushikatsu (deep-fried ingredients on skewers) is included in dishes symbolic of Osaka. Biting into a freshly fried-to-order kushikatsu after dipping it in a savory sauce is a taste treat. But remember: Double dipping is strictly taboo! A variety of kushikatsu with some cabbage is nicely filling. There are many kushikatsu restaurants in Shinsekai to try. There is a free bus service from Namba to Shinsekai, and a kushikatsu walking tour is available. Why not enjoy some kushikatsu after sightseeing around Tsutenkaku Tower and Shinsekai. The current hot spot for dining in Osaka is Temma, the area around the station next to JR Osaka Station clockwise on the outer loop of the Osaka Loop Line. Temma is located at the end of Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street, the longest shopping street in Japan (stretching 2.6 km from north to south) with about 600 shops. This energetic district is filled with drinking and eating establishments, including a variety of Japanese restaurants for horumonyaki (grilled innards), yakiniku, okonomiyaki, or sushi, izakaya (drinking establishments) as well as various ethnic restaurants from around the world. The best part about Osakan cuisine is the wide variety of delicious dishes for reasonable prices.

질 부엌칼이 제작되고, 이를 잘 다루는 솜씨 좋은 직공이
이카야키(오징어구이)
가 풍부하고, 가까운 사카이 지역 등에서 고품
많았던 것이 그 이유의 하나라고 알려져 있다. 오사카의
오징어 살과 국물에 푼 밀가루 반죽을 철판으로 눌러서
맛있는 요리는 이루 셀 수가 없을 정도로 많지만 그중에서
구운 후 소스를 발라 먹는 이카야키도 맛있는 간식거리다.
평소에 자주 접하는 요리를 소개해 드린다. 오사카에서는 밀가루 음식 문화가 발달해 오코노미야 키, 다코야키, 그리고 우동 등 밀가루를 베이스로 한 음식
우동 국물맛을 소중히 여기는 오사카에는 우동이 맛있는 가게
이 풍부하다. 많은 점포에서 양심적인 가격으로 맛있는 분
도 많다. 큰 유부가 얹어진 기쓰네 우동은 오사카가 원조
식 요리를 먹을 수 있다. 일본 요리의 기본은 다시마나 가
라고 한다. 여러 가지 속 재료를 우동 국물이 든 냄비에서
다랑어포 등의 어패류 또는 표고버섯 등으로 만드는‘국
삶아 우동과 함께 먹는 우동스키 요리도 일품이다.
물’ 에 있다고 하는데, 오사카 음식도 역시 맛있는 국물을
구시카쓰(꼬치 커틀릿)
빼놓고 이야기할 수는 없다.
밀가루 음식은 아니지만, 오사카를 상징하는 음식으로서
오코노미야키
구시카쓰도 빼놓을 수 없다. 금방 튀겨낸 구시카쓰를 항아
국물에 푼 밀가루 반죽을 베이스로 계란, 양배추, 튀김부
리에 담겨 있는 양념에 찍어 먹는다.‘2번 담그기’는 절대
스러기, 생강 절임 등을 섞는다. 철판에 원형으로 펼쳐놓고
로 하지 말 것. 이따금 양배추를 조금씩 먹어 주면서 여러
돼지고기, 오징어 그리고 새우 등 어패류를 더하여 양면을
가지 구시카쓰를 주문하면 그 맛이 더욱 살아난다. 신세
충분히 구운 후 걸쭉한 소스를 바르고, 파래김가루와 가
카이 에리어에는 여기저기 구시카쓰 맛집이 모여 있기 때
다랑어포 분말을 뿌리고 취향에 따라 마요네즈를 바른다.
문에 가게별로 맛을 비교할 수도 있다. 난바에서 신세카이
뜨끈뜨끈한 오코노미야키를 고테(철판 뒤집기 주걱)로
까지 송영 버스가 무료로 운행되고 있으며, 구시카쓰 맛집
먹는 것이 오사카 방식이다. 겉은 바삭바삭하고 안은 부드
순례 패키지 플랜도 있다. 신세카이와 쓰텐카쿠 관광을 한
럽다. 고소한 소스가 식욕을 자극한다.
후에는 구시카쓰 맛을 마음껏 즐겨 보자.
네기야키(파전) Ikayaki
오사카에서 지금 큰 주목을 받고 있는 맛집 에리어는
형태는 오코노미야키와 비슷하지만 또 다른 맛을 즐길 수

있는 것이 네기야키. 파를 듬뿍 넣어 간장을 표면에 발라
음 역인 덴마. 남북으로 2.6킬로 미터 거리에 약 600개의

At Rokko-Sanjo Station on the Rokko Cable Line connecting Mount Rokko and downtown Kobe, you can enjoy the great night view from Tenran-dai observatory (Rokko Sanjo Tembodai), which is famous for offering one of the best panoramic views of Kobe from Mount Rokko. t 5:46 a.m. on January 17, 1995, a huge M7.3 earthquake that centered in northern Awaji Island, Hyogo Prefecture, occurred. This Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake caused massive damage to the area around Kobe City and southern Hyogo Prefecture, and shocked people around the whole world as well as in Japan. As a consequence, the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake has occupied an important position in Japanese initiatives to prepare for natural disasters. The Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake Memorial Disaster Reduction and Human Renovation Institution (DRI) has been gathering and exhibiting experiences and lessons learned from the earthquake to the world in order to help mitigate disaster damages. You can view exhibits of the Great HanshinAwaji Earthquake and other disasters including earthquakes as well as exhibits about disaster prevention and disaster mitigation in the future. At 1.17 Theater a film recreating the moment when the earthquake occurred is presented, and in watching it you will experience the earthquake’s tremendous power and devastation by means of a large screen using dynamic audiovisual effects (7 minutes). The images in which buildings, houses, highways and other structures violently trembled and collapsed are very shocking. At the Great Earthquake Hall, a film including documentary images is screened (15 minutes). The film shows the recovery and reconstruction process. Through this film, you will realize how catastrophic the earthquake was and be moved
by how people have been helping each other and striving valiantly to recover their lives. The voices are in Japanese but you can use a simultaneous interpretation device for free (Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean are available.) Materials related to the earthquake disaster, which were offered by the victims, are also displayed. If you want to get more information on the displayed materials, you can use a handy device. Input the number of the displayed material into the device, and you can get detailed explanations by both text and voice (Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean are available). A list of disaster mitigation items is given for free (Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and Korean). Based on the previous version of a list of emergency items that was made in 1995 after the Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, it is revised as of July 2012 according to societal changes and knowledge development of disaster prevention and disaster mitigation over the past two decades. A checklist of items that you can always carry or have around you is also added. It is helpful to check necessary disaster-related items for yourself. A documentary film of the Great East Japan Earthquake that occurred on March 11, 2011 and wreaked enormous damage with the quakefollowing tsunami is screened at “Kokoro no Theater” on the 1st floor of East Building. Natural disasters can occur anywhere at any time, causing tremendous damage. Visiting this informative facility is sure to be useful. Why not stop by when you visit the Kansai region?

年1月17日，早晨5點46分，震源位於 淡路島北部所發生的芮氏7.3級的大地 震。這個阪神/淡路大地震以神戶市等兵庫縣南部地區 為中心造成了相當嚴重的災情，不只是日本國內也對全 世界帶來了很大的衝擊。 日本的災害對策上佔有相當重要地位的阪神/淡路大 地震，在人與防災未來中心裡，將此經驗及教訓傳遞給 全世界，希望能實現減災社會的目標。 在館內展示了以阪神/淡路大震災為首，還有除了地震以 外的災害及將來如何防治災害及減輕災害等相關事宜。 重現了地震發生的瞬間景象的1.17戲院中以魄力十足 的大螢幕加上音響效果，讓觀眾親身體驗地震強大破 壞的驚人威力（7分鐘）。大樓及房屋、高速公路等劇烈 搖晃之後倒塌崩壞的影像十分驚駭衝擊。此外，以寫實 記錄影片方式描繪大震災大廳中，除了能再次體會震災 被害的驚悚駭人之外，人與人之間的互助合作及同心 協力復興家園的模樣也很讓人感動。影片雖然只有日 語發音，不過可以向櫃台借用同時翻譯機。（可對應英 文/中文/韓文） 也展示了由受災者所提供的震災資料，可租借翻譯機 透過文字及聲音的解說能有更詳盡的了解。（可對應日 文/英文/中文/韓文） 此外，免費分發在2012年7月更新過的減災物品檢查 清單(日文/英文/繁體中文/簡體中文/韓文)。這一份檢查 清單是將反映了1995年阪神/淡路大地震受災者意見而 製成的「緊急攜出物品清單」，通過順應多變的社會情 勢以及汲取發展的防災/減災的智慧經驗，並且外加了 可經常隨身攜帶的物品清單所改定的。希望能夠有用 於任何人確認自我的裝備是否足夠。 在東館1樓的心之劇場，正在上映發生於2011年3月 11日，由於海嘯所帶來莫大災害的東日本大地震災區的 記錄影片。 自然災害會某一天突然地發生，而帶來莫大的損害。 有機會探訪關西地區的話，建議遊客不妨也到人與防 災未來中心去看個究竟。
지시마 섬 북부지역을 진원으로 하는 지진
강도 7.3의 대지진이 발생. 이 한신 아와지 대지진은 고베시 를 비롯한 효고현 남부지역을 중심으로 막심한 피해를 초래 하여 일본뿐만 아니라 전 세계에 큰 충격을 주었다. 일본의 재해대책 측면에서도 중요한 의미를 지니고 있는 한신・아와지 대지진. 인간과 방재 미래센터에서는 이 경험 과 교훈을 되새겨 재해를 줄이는 사회 실현을 위해 전 세 계에 호소하고 있다. 관내에서는 한신・아와지 대지진을 비롯해 지진 이외의 재해 및 앞으로의 방재와 감재(減災) 대책 등에 대해서도 전시하고 있다. 지진 발생 순간을 재현한 1.17 시어터 영상에서는 박 력 있는 효과음과 영상을 통해 지진이 지닌 엄청난 파괴력 을 체감한다(7분간). 빌딩과 가옥 및 고속도로 등이 격렬 하게 흔들리고 무너지는 영상은 충격적이다. 또한, 복구와 부흥의 과정을 다큐멘터리에 담은 대지진 홀에서는 지진 재해의 가혹함을 다시 실감함과 동시에 주민들이 서로 도

ocated in the northern part of Hyogo Prefecture on the Sea of Japan, lies the historical city of Toyooka, which prospered as the center of the old domain called Tajima. The area attracts people not only with its abundant nature but also has a wonderful spa as well as various delicacies from the surrounding sea and the mountains. The Hyogo Prefecture project to re-introduce oriental white storks is in progress in this city and is returning hand-raised storks to the wild. Visit Toyooka for its variety of attractive features!
Nature Maruyama River flows from south to north through Toyooka City into the Sea of Japan. “Lower Maruyama River and the surrounding rice paddies” was designated a registered site by the Ramsar Convention in 2012. In the past, the swale created by floods and the abundant nature was the perfect habitat for white storks and the last wild white stork was observed in this area in Japan. Toyooka City began to breed white storks in 1965 and about 40 storks have been successfully returned to the wild. Look up and you may be lucky enough to see a stork soaring through the sky. If you want to see white storks up close, visit the Homeland for the Oriental White Stork. Part of the nature-rich city of Toyooka is in the San'in Kaigan Geopark that stretches across Kyoto Prefecture, Hyogo Prefecture, and Tottori Prefecture. A geopark is defined as a territory which encompasses a site of scientific importance both for geological reasons and archaeological, ecological, or cultural value. Some of the highlights of this geopark are caves, including Genbudo Cave with its beautiful columnar joints and Seiryudo Cave, Mount Kannabe, and the Takeno Coast with its undulating sunken rocks, caves, and cliffs. Takenohama Beach is one of the biggest swimming beaches in the Kinki Area and offers canoeing and kayaking. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and experience some of the mysterious creations of nature. Ankoku-ji Temple, which belongs to the Daitoku-ji branch of the Rinzai School established in the 14th century, has 100-year-old dodan-tsutsuji (Enkianthus perulatus) trees that create mesmerizing scenery, especially in November with their beautiful red leaves

ins, there is a good view of the streets lined with many old town houses and buildings, including old residences of high-ranking samurai. The Shinkoro clock tower is a symbol of Izushi and Izushi Eirakukan is a playhouse built in 1901 that underwent extensive repairs in 2008. If you get hungry while strolling around, try some of the local specialty soba. Toyooka is also known as the biggest producer of bags in Japan. There is a street called “Kaban (bag) Street,” filled with bag stores, bag cleaners, and bag repair shops. Atelier NUU is a studio which offers a factory tour and semi-order services. Come to Toyooka to see the huge variety of unique bags including original bags by the local bag manufacturer, Artphere, which won the iF Design Award in Germany and the Best in Show award at the MIPEL Bag Show in Italy.

Gourmet Winter is the season to enjoy eating crab. The matsuba crabs (a local name for snow crab) from the Sea of Ocean are unbelievably sweet and flavorful. Tajima beef, famous as stock for worldreknown Kobe beef, is another recommended local delicacy. Izushi’s specialty is izushi-sarasoba, soba noodles served on five white porcelain dishes. Some farmers in this area grow rice using the traditional method with few agricultural chemicals in order to protect the rice paddies and create a rich habitat for the white storks. For a summer delicacy, try the locallyraised squid sashimi.
Kinosaki Onsen Kinosaki Onsen is one of the best hot springs in Japan and has been a favorite of many throughout its history of 1,300 years. Change into a comfortable yukata cotton kimono and visit the seven public bath facilities for a relaxing soak in the hot spring waters. Enjoy strolling along the old wooden building-lined streets for a safe and nostalgic night out. This area has many unique ryokan Japanese-style hotels including Koman Ryokan established more than 1,000 years ago. Enjoy the retro atmosphere at a traditional shooting gallery (shatekiba) or go to the nearby Kinosaki Marine World to see and touch dolphins and penguins. Savoring the winter delicacies from the Sea of Japan and relaxing in a hot spring bath is the perfect way to enjoy a laid-back trip to Toyooka, a place with an interesting history set in a rich natural environment.

Beautiful Scenery and Delicious Food from the Sea 瀨戶內的美觀與美食 세토우치의 미관과 음식 Okayama Take the Shinkansen from JR Shin-Osaka Station, and you will arrive at Okayama Station in about 45 minutes on the fastest connection. Okayama developed as the castle town of Okayama Castle. Okayama Castle is famous for the black exterior of the castle tower, earning the nickname of “Ujo” (crow castle). Koraku-en is a stroll-through (kaiyu-shiki) Japanese landscape garden with a total area of about 130,000 sq. meters. It is one of the Three Great Gardens of Japan, along with Kairaku-en in Mito (Ibaraki Prefecture) and Kenroku-en in Kanazawa (Ishikawa Prefecture). Okayama is famous as the home of Bizenyaki pottery. The Bizenyaki Kobo craft center in the tower of Okayama Castle offers handson Bizen pottery making (reservation required). Bizen pottery making is most active in the area of Imbe in Okayama, which was formerly known as Bizen domain. In the area, you can see unique red-brick chimneys at the base of green mountains. The Bizen Osafune Token Hakubutsukan (Bizen Japanese Sword Museum) exhibits Japanese swords. Due to the location, which is close to the production area of iron sand, the raw material of swords, many swordsmiths lived in
the area and the area of Osafune used to have the highest skill level and production level in the sword making industry of Japan. Ushimado, which is sometimes called the Aegean Sea of Japan, has beautiful scenery with olive trees and islands dotted here and there in the peaceful Seto Inland Sea. Okayama is one of the biggest producers of white peaches and grapes in Japan, and visitors can enjoy fruit picking tours. Kibi-dango, millet dumplings that are widely known through their connection to one of the most famous Japanese folktales, Momotaro, is one of Okayama’s most famous confections. The area is also blessed with a variety of seafood, including mamakari (Japanese Sardinella), which is eaten pickled in vinegar or stewed. Okayama Bara-sushi is another specialty of Okayama, being a type of sushi including a variety of seafood and local vegetables beautifully arranged on top of sushi rice. Hinase town’s specialty, kakioko, which is an abbreviation of kaki (oyster)-iri okonomiyaki, is filled with seasonal local oysters.
Kurashiki It takes about 15 minutes from Okayama Station to Kurashiki Station by JR San’yo Line.
On the north side of Kurashiki Station is Ario Kurashiki, directly connected to the station, with 122 specialty stores, as well as Ito Yokado. Mitsui Outlet Park Kurashiki next to Ario Kurashiki has about 120 stores and restaurants. The Kurashiki Bikan historical quarter was developed as an area under direct control of the Edo shogunate in the Edo period (1603-1867). The area adjacent to the Kurashiki River, which served as a route for transporting goods and materials, attracted many merchants and warehouses, prospering as the center of trade. There remain to the present day 400-year old whitewall warehouses along the river and streets. Take a relaxing boat ride on the Kurashiki River to enjoy the beautiful town. Ohara Museum of Art is Japan’s first private Western art museum, established by Magosaburo Ohara, a businessman from Kurashiki, in 1930. The museum displays El Greco’s Dormition of the Virgin and Claude Monet’s Water Lilies. Other interesting spots to visit in this area include the Japan Kyodo Gangu Hakubutsukan (Japan Folk Toy & Doll Museum), the former Ohara house that was built in the typical Kurashiki style of a merchant’s house, and Kurashiki Ivy Square, a tourism complex sited in renovated factory buildings of Kurashiki Industries Ltd. built in 1889. The area of Hon-machi and Higashi-machi includes old shops and residences with old-style lattice windows, providing a glimpse into the local people’s traditional way of living.

Mount Washu in this area is a perfect spot to enjoy the view of Seto-ohashi Bridge along with beautiful islands in the sea. Kojima Jeans Street has shops of local jeans makers and cafes. Betty Smith Jeans Museum is the only jeans museum in Japan. Kurashiki hampu, a high-quality canvas made in Kurashiki with superior durability and breathability and which accounts for about 70% of all the canvas production in Japan, will make a perfect souvenir. Okayama and Kurashiki are located close enough to Osaka to allow you to explore them in a one-day trip. 거느리는 성하도시이다. 오카야마 성은 그 검은 모습으로
이용되었으며, 이 지역은 상업의 중심지로서 많은 상인이
별명‘까마귀 성(烏城)’ 으로도 불리는 유명한 성이다. 고
모여들어 창고를 세웠다. 약 400년의 역사를 지닌 흰벽 창
라쿠엔 정원은 약 13만 제곱미터의 회유식 정원으로서 미
고들이 줄지어 서 있다. 구라시키가와 강을 타고 거리풍경

인베(伊部)를 방문해 보는 것도 좋겠다. 녹음이 우거진 산
키를 대표하는 상가 건축물 구 오하라 가문 주택, 1889년
록에 독특한 빨강 벽돌 굴뚝이 보인다. 비젠 오사후네 도검
에 세워진 구라시키 방적소 공장터 구라시키 아이비 스퀘
박물관에서는 일본도를 전시하고 있다. 오사후네는 도검의
어도 꼭 구경하고 싶은 명소이다.

과일 따 먹기 체험도 즐길 수 있다. 옛날이야기 모모타로와
일본산 청바지 발상지로서 주목을 모으고 있는 고지마 지
인연이 깊은 기비단고 경단은 오카야마를 대표하는 명과이
역에도 들러 보자. 와슈잔(鷲羽山)에서는 세토우치의 섬
다. 식초 절임이나 조림 요리로 먹는 밴댕이 등 해산물도 풍
과 세토대교를 바라볼 수 있다. 고지마 진즈(청바지) 스
부하다. 다양한 해산물과 산지 야채를 사용한 오카야마 바
트리트에는 현지의 청바지 메이커 판매점과 카페 등이 모
라즈시 회덮밥도 유명하다. 히나세(日生)가키오코는 굴을
여 있다. 베티 스미스 진즈 박물관은 일본에서 유일한 청
듬뿍 넣은 오코노미야키(일본식 해물전의 일종)이다.

구라시키 오카야마역에서 JR 산요 본선을 타고 약 15분 정도로 구

倉敷 從岡山車站搭JR山陽本線約15分可達倉敷車站。倉 敷車站北側是與車站直接相接的ARIO倉敷，裡面有 有伊藤洋華堂等等122間專門店。相鄰的三井暢貨園 區倉敷，裡面有120間店舖與餐廳。 倉敷美觀地區於江戶時代（1603-1867)為幕府直轄地 (天領)而繁榮。倉敷川作為運河使用，聚集了許多商人， 興建倉庫，成為商業中心。約有400年歷史的白壁倉庫林 立。從倉敷川悠閒地眺望街道的搭船之旅也很不錯。 大原美術館是1930年倉敷企業家大原孫三郎所設 立，是日本第一間私立西洋美術館。展示格雷考的「受胎 告知」與莫內的「睡蓮」等等。也想逛逛日本鄉土玩具 博物館、代表倉敷商家建築的舊大原家住宅、1889年 興建的倉敷紡織所工廠遺蹟倉敷IVY SQUARE。 本町、東町一帶，有格子窗的商店與住宅林立，可窺見 一般民眾的生活情景。
