If you want to feel the arrival of spring early on, how about seeing the flowers in Kansai, in areas around Osaka, Kyoto, and Kobe? From January through May, the average temperature in Osaka tends to be higher than in Tokyo. Thus, you may be able to sense the warmth earlier in Kansai than in Tokyo. The early blooming “Kanzaki Hanana” field mustards in Daiichi Nagisa Park bloom around January. The park will be carpeted with 12,000 flowers and you can enjoy gazing at the snow-capped mountains, the yellow-flowered field, and Lake Biwa all at the same time.

第一渚公園內早開的油菜花—— 「寒綻花菜」 將於 1 月左右開花。 約 12,000 株的油菜花同時綻放，可同時享受白雪殘留的比良山、 鮮黃色的油菜花田，以及琵琶湖的景色。 제1 나기사 공원의 간자키하나나라는 유채꽃은 1월쯤부터 개화한다. 약 12,000그루의 유채꽃이 한꺼번에 피어, 잔설이 남은 산과 노란색 꽃밭, 비와코 호수가 어우러진 풍경을 즐길 수 있다.

Awaji Island is often referred to as the “Island of Flowers” because narcissuses bloom brilliantly in winter. Approximately 5 million narcissuses cluster on the sheer cliff. Enjoy the view of the stunning contrast of the lemon-yellow narcissuses that cover the steep slope and the blue of the Seto Inland Sea. 在 「花之島」 之稱的淡路島上，冬季有水仙花盛開。陡立於海岸的 斜坡上生長著約 500 萬株的水仙花。檸檬黃的花海覆滿斜坡，與 瀨戶內海相映成色，敬請欣賞。 ‘꽃섬’이라고 불리는 아와지섬에는 겨울이 되면 수선화가 핀다. 바다 쪽 깎아지른 듯한 급사면에 약 500만 그루의 수선화가 군생. 경사면을 가득 채운 레몬색 꽃과 세토나이카이 바다를 함께 즐겨보자.

This is one of the biggest plum groves in Japan and is said to offer “a view of a million plum trees and produce an aroma that fills the air for miles.” The area is surrounded by the delicate plum fragrance. Various events are held during the blooming season, and you might have a chance to enjoy taking part in a plum seed spitting contest.

Every season, the Japanese garden “Shinen” in the precincts is filled with flowers. Especially shidare-ume (weeping plums) are gorgeous and you can enjoy Umegae Kagura dance, a sacred dance performed by miko (shrine maidens) holding plum branches. Weeping cherry blossoms are also a splendid sight to see in April.
日本最大規模的梅花林，號稱 「一眼百萬株，香飄十里遠」 ，鄰近 周邊皆飄逸著淡雅柔和的梅花香氣。花期中也會舉辦吐梅籽競遠 大會等活動。
境內的日本庭園 「神苑」 ，四季各有不同當令花卉爭妍鬥麗，其中 又以枝垂梅最為秀麗，還可觀賞巫女手持梅花枝表演的神樂舞蹈 「梅枝神樂」 。4 月的枝垂櫻也十分優美。
일본 최대 규모의 광대한 매화나무 숲. ‘백만송이 매화와 십리까지 퍼지 는 향기’로 알려져 있으며, 은은한 매화 향이 온 주변을 둘러싼다. 시즌 중 에는 매실 씨앗 날리기 대회 등 이벤트도 개최한다.
경내의 일본 정원에는 계절마다 다양한 꽃들이 피는데, 특히 가지가 아래 로 늘어진 시다레우메 매화가 아름답다. 무녀가 매화 가지를 손에 들고 무악에 맞추어 추는 춤도 감상할 수 있다. 4월에 피는 벚꽃도 볼거리.

The park has been chosen as one of the “Top 100 Cherry Blossom Viewing Sites in Japan.” Trees are lit up during the blooming period and you can enjoy the fantastical scenery of cherry blossoms at night. The scenery of “The Tower of the Sun” and the full bloom cherry blossoms in combination is very photogenic.

Slopes of Mt. Yamato Katsuragi (959 m), are covered by azaleas. It is recommended to hike or take the ropeway gondola up and stay at Katsuragi Kogen Lodge and view the azaleas next morning when there are fewer people.
獲選為 「日本櫻花名所 100 選」 的櫻花景點。入夜後將點燈，可品味 如夢似幻的夜櫻。不妨拍張盛開的櫻花與太陽之塔合影的相片吧！
大和葛城山 （標高 959m） 斜坡上覆滿杜鵑，舉目所及一片艷紅， 震撼力十足。由於十分擁擠，建議前一天先健行或搭乘纜車登上 葛城山，並住宿葛城高原旅店，隔日早晨人潮較少時再欣賞。
‘일본 벚꽃 명소 100선’에 선정될 정도로 근사한 벚꽃 명소. 밤에는 조명이 더해져 환상적인 밤 벚꽃을 즐길 수 있다. 만개한 벚꽃과 태양탑을 함께 사 진에 담아보자.
야마토 가쓰라기산(표고 959m)의 사면이 진달래색으로 물든 경치가 압 권이다. 사람이 많으니로프웨이를 타거나 걸어서 전날 산에 올라 고원의 간이 숙박소에 머문 뒤, 다음 날 아침에 감상할 것을 추천한다.

It has been three years since I started polishing Japanese swords. Working with swords, I feel I naturally came to acquire good manners and proper behaviors and actions. We polish swords to pursue beautility (functional beauty). The key point of sword polishing is to polish it without ruining the original shape. I believe that my role as a sword polisher is to pass on the tradition to the future.
從事日本刀研磨工作已達三年之久。由於這份接觸刀劍的工作， 而讓他自然而然地學會舉止動作等禮節或禮法。他更透過研磨刀劍， 不斷追求其功能之美。研磨過程當中，重中之重的是得在避免改變 刀劍原有形狀的條件下，加以進行研磨。因此，他認為將過往的傳統 傳承到未來，正是研磨師的職責。 일본도를 3년째 연마 중. 칼과 마주함으로써 행동거지 등 예의 작법과 행실이 자연스럽게 몸에 익었다. 칼을 갈고 닦으며 기능미를 추구한다. 칼을 연마할 때는 본래의 칼 형태를 무너뜨리지 않는 것이 중요한 포인 트. 과거의 전통을 미래로 계승하는 것이 연사의 역할이라고 생각한다.

Bonsai is an art to express the beauty of nature by putting part of the natural landscape into a pot or tray. As a pioneer of bonsai craftsman in Nara, Mr. Takahashi, who has been keeping up a tradition of about 100 years, sees bonsai like his family member, which he continually fosters with care and affection. The process itself of growing bonsai is the art work of bonsai, and we work hard to draw out the essential beauty of a tree. From February 9 to March 3, 2019, “bonbai,” plum bonsai, will be exhibited at Osaka Tenmangu Shrine.
將大自然的風景，截取至盆鉢之中，呈現出大自然之美的盆栽。 對於身為奈良盆栽專家先驅，守護著約 100 年傳統的高橋先生而言， 盆栽就宛如家人般的存在，令他依依難捨、必須不斷地加以栽培。而 其栽培過程正是作品本身，不斷精進追求著該如何讓每根樹枝 「襯托 出其美感」 。2019 年 2 月 9 日～ 3 月 3 日期間，將於大阪天滿宮展示梅 樹的 「盆梅」 。 자연 풍경을 화분 안에 옮겨와 자연의 미를 표현하는 분재. 나라 분재 장인의 창시자로서 약 100년 동안 전통을 지켜온 다카하시 장인에게 분재 는 애착으로 키워온 가족 같은 존재이다. 기르는 과정 자체가 작품으로, 한 그루의 나무에서 어떻게 아름다움을 끌어낼지 추구한다. 2019년 2월 9일 ~3월 3일까지 오사카텐만구에서 매화를 사용한 ‘분매(盆梅)’를 전시한다.

Established in 1924 in Gojo City located at the foot of Mt. Kongo, Gojo Shuzo Brewery has been making sake only with the finest-quality local ingredients, including water from the surrounding mountains and the well on the premises, and rice grown in Nara Prefecture. The key factors in sake making are: 1) koji, 2) shubo, and 3) tsukuri. A toji, or chief brewer at a sake brewery, manages and controls all of these sake-making processes, creating delicious sake with a perfect balance. Our main product is “Goshin.” This sake is moderately dry with some sweetness and a modest aroma. I recommend that you drink sake to accompany a meal.
1924 年創業。釀酒廠位於金剛山山麓的五條市，釀造過程相當 講究活用山泉水、自家水井的水、奈良產稻米等當地產品。釀酒最重 要的莫過於 「一、麴，二、酒母，三、釀造」 。該釀酒工程全經由 「杜氏」 管理，釀造出均勻美味的日本酒。店家招牌商品的 「五神」 清酒特色 在於，雖然口感稍微乾烈，但仍帶有甜味及輕盈香氣。相當推薦您將 日本酒做為餐中酒，搭配佳餚料理一起享用。 1924년 창업. 곤고산 기슭에 있는 고조시에서 산과 가내 우물의 물, 나라현산 쌀 등 본고장 원료를 고집한 사케를 주조하고 있다. 사케를 주 조할 때 가장 중요한 것은 ‘1. 누룩, 2.주모, 3.빚기’. 맛있고 균형 잡힌 니 혼슈를 만들기 위해 모든 공정을 책임자가 관리한다. 가게의 대표 상품 인 청주 ‘고신’ 은 다소 쌉쌀하지만, 단맛이 나고 절제된 향이 특징이다. 니혼슈는 요리와 함께 식중주로 즐기는 것이 좋다.
Soy sauce is one of the basic seasonings in Japanese food. Founded in 1877, Nakako Shoyu was the first soy sauce brewery in Gojo City. From the 20th century on, many manufacturers have adopted industrialization; however, in Nara Prefecture, soy sauce is still made by the painstaking handiwork of craftsmen. Regular kinds of soy sauce are fermented for six months, but we take two years for fermentation of our soy sauce so that the umami of the ingredients is further enhanced. There are various kinds of soy sauce available, so you should try different kinds for different dishes.
「醬油」 ，可謂是和食基礎的調味料之一。 「NAKAKO 將油」 創業 於 1877 年。是五條市第一家醬油釀造廠。雖然自 20 世紀起，已經有 許多製造業被工業化；但在奈良縣，目前仍是透過專業釀造師傅精 心親手製作醬油。一般的醬油大多是透過半年時間加以發酵，但這 裡的醬油發酵時間則是耗費長達兩年，藉以加深原物料的甘鮮美味。 這裡提供的醬油種類應有盡有，請搭配各種不同菜餚嚐嚐看吧。 일본 음식의 기본 조미료 중 하나인 ‘간장’. 1877년에 개업한 나카코쇼 유는 고조시 최초의 간장 양조장이다. 20세기 이후 많은 제조업이 공업 화되었지만, 나라현에서는 지금도 장인이 정성을 다해 수작업으로 간장 을 만들고 있다. 보통 간장은 반년간 발효시키지만, 이곳 간장은 시간을 들여 2년간 발효시키기 때문에 소재의 감칠맛이 한층 깊어진다. 다양한 종류의 간장을 판매 중이니 요리에 맞춰 사용해보기 바란다.

Wazuka Town In the “Kyoto of Tea” area, which is a production area of Uji Tea, a highend brand Japanese tea, about 40 % of the production is grown in this Wazuka Town. The town has a long history of tea production. Tea fields spread everywhere in the town and ridges are seen on slopes of hills. While taking in the splendid scenery, which is designated a Japan Heritage, stroll-
ing or cycling around the town in a leisurely manner is fun. There are several recommended routes to see nice views. If you want to stay in the town, book Wazukaso. It is a hotel with a theme of “Enjoying tea with all the senses,” including even an ocha-buro (a bath with tea leaves).
和束町
以日本茶高級品牌 「宇治茶」 產地為中心的京都產茶地區。其中約 四成的宇治茶都是產自和束町。不僅擁有悠久的產茶地歷史，鎮上更是 隨處可見廣闊茶田，梯田紋路連綿不絕於山坡斜面。不妨來這欣賞被列 為日本遺產的明媚景觀，悠閒地漫步或騎著自行車於茶田之中。這裡也 提供漫步於各著名景點的行程。若想要留宿於鎮上，可以考慮 「和束莊」 。 這是以 「以五官愉快品茶」 為概念的住宿設施，提供了像是水面上飄著 日本煎茶茶葉的茶澡池等設備。
A tea-picking activity is available in the town. Speaking of the season of newly-picked tea, it is usually once a year, in May, but in Wazuka, tea is picked three times a year. 可親身體驗採茶過程。雖然新茶時期為5月，但和束地區的茶葉則是 每年可採收三次。 찻잎 따기 체험도 할 수 있다. 신차 수확 시기는 5월이지만, 와즈카에서는 한해 3번 찻잎을 수확한다.

고급 일본 차 브랜드 ‘우지차’의 산지인 오차의 교토 구역. 그중에서도 약 40% 를 생산하는 지역이 와즈카초이다. 차 생산지로써 긴 역사를 지닌 이곳은 마을 곳곳에 차밭이 펼쳐져 있고, 산 경사면에는 밭이랑이 이어진다. 일본유산으로도 등록된 멋진 경관을 바라보며 산책 또는 자전거를 빌려 여유롭게 차밭을 돌아 보는 건 어떨까? 경치 좋은 장소를 둘러볼 수 있는 산책 코스도 있다. 마을 안에 서 숙박하고 싶다면 ‘와즈카소’를 이용해보자. 전차(煎茶)를 띄운 목욕물 등 ‘오 감으로 즐기는 차’가 콘셉트인 숙박 시설이다.

Takumi no Yakata This is a tearoom with a workshop where you can learn about the deliciousness of Uji Tea and how to make a tasty tea, as well as to enjoy tea. The workshop takes about 30 minutes.
Joruri-ji Temple is well known for its nine Amida Nyorai statues housed in the Hondo (main hall). The temple also has a fine view of a pond and three-story pagoda. 以位於本堂的國寶──九尊阿彌陀如來佛像聞名的淨瑠璃寺。境內設有三重塔及水色秀麗的池塘。 본당에 있는 국보 구체아미타여래상으로 유명한 조루리지 절. 경내에는 아름다운 못과 삼중탑이 있다.
宇治茶道場 匠之館是一處能學習了解宇治茶的美味與泡茶手法， 享受品茶樂趣的體驗型茶館。體驗活動所需時間約 30 分鐘。 우지차도장 다쿠미노야카타는 우지차 맛있게 끓이는 법을 배우면서 차도 즐길 수 있는 체험형 다실이다. 소요 시간은 30분 정도.

Shoju-in Shoju-in is a temple famous for an Inome-mado (wild-boar-shaped window), more commonly known as a heart-shaped window. Its ceiling paintings, which were opened to public viewing in spring 2017, are also worth seeing. In summer, a wind-chime festival is held in the precincts. 以心形的 「豬目窗」 （日本傳統紋飾） 聞名遐邇的正壽院。2017 年春天 所公開的天花板壁畫，也相當壯觀。夏季時期的風鈴祭典活動，也相 當推薦。
Amagase Dam Amagase Dam along the Uji River presents a dynamic scene of water discharging. Views of autumn leaves are also fine. 位於宇治川的天瀨水庫。震撼力十足的洩洪。紅葉時期，也是美不勝收。 우지강에 있는 아마가세댐. 박력 넘치는 방류. 단풍 시즌에도 아름답다.
