Is it possible to find a boat port, a forest, a public pole dance studio, Olafur Eliasson, a tenniscourt, a skatepark, a climbing hall, a library, a design museum, a pool filled with colourful balls, a cinema, a huge air bubble and a roller coaster track for bikes in a floating tower in the Thermaic Gulf of Thessaloniki?
That was actually the main intention In Extravaganza Dream Tower; to explore the area within the instinctive creation and the convention that the urban fabric and cultural norms create to people.The tower is a canvas that manifestes obsessions, impulses, the unorthodox, the memories, the obscure , the uncanny and the senses.
Its monolithic volume, eroded by the uses-experiences, which are seeking their space, such as obsessions and frustrations remain in the subconscious and where they escape from, in unsuspecting moments, in unsuspecting moments, towards the conscious .
