ccording to our sources, this 50-unit community was built in 1960 and recently was updated by Rainier in 2013. Park Place is nestled in an older neighborhood and across from West Austin Park and Wading Pool, yet a stone’s throw from bustling West Sixth and Lamar. Driving up to the property really does feel like stepping back in time. It’s a quiet spot.
