All timber shall be H1.2 treated graded SG8, unless stated otherwise.

The Contractor shall provide the appropriate temporary fencing, hoarding, guardrails and signage as necessary to protect the public and the workers during the construction process and also to meet the requirements of the Local and Territorial Authorities.

The Contractor shall ensure that all rubbish is removed from the siteduring, and at the completion of the contract works.

All work to be undertaken to the highest standard for each respective trade. Any substandard work or building materialdefects shall be the contractors responsibility to resolve, repair or replace at no extra cost to the client.

All work is to be carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications provided.

All work shall comply with the NZBC, all relevant Local Authority bylaws, NZS3604, and other relevant standards.

THE CONTRACTOR WILL HAVE TO VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS ON SITE PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION. ANY DISCREPANCIES WILL HAVE TO TO BE RAISED WITH THE PROJECT ARCHITECT.
