4. All materials and workmanship shall be in accordance with the NZBC, except where varied by the specification and/or drawings are specificed otherwise. 5. All glazing and other facade and mechanical work must be done by authorised personel only. 6. This 20 storey building is located on 201 Wakefield Street, Wellington, NZ in which the design has the purpose of serving the function of an office. The gross floor area for a single floor is 1000m2. The approximate amount of people expected to occupy each floor is 83 ( 12m2 per person per floor)
