All timber framing shall be H1.2 treated and SG8 graded timber agt 600mm crs and 800mm dwangs unless stated otherwise, and lined with 10mm GIB Fyreline --60/60. 6. Door and Joinery numbers not shown for the purpose of this assignment to accomplish ease of communication. 7. This 20 storey building is located on 201 Wakefield Street, Wellington, NZ in which the design has the purpose of serving the function of an office. The gross floor area for a single floor is 1000m2. The approximate amount of people expected to occupy each floor is 83 ( 12m2 per person per floor)
