Thank you for spending another year at Bude Holiday Resort!
As another main season draws to a close, and we enter the Autumn/ Winter period of 2022, I would firstly like to thank all our Owners for being with us this year- whether you have just joined us this year, or are seasoned regulars at Bude Holiday Resort.
This year has brought a few challenges as we have joined the Away Resorts family, and whilst there have been a few bumps along the way, we are happy that these are now behind us, and we are now part of a business which offers industry leading knowledge and experience, as well as future capacity for investment and growth. We are all excited that the transition to Away Resorts is the next positive chapter for Bude Holiday Resort.
I would also like to extend my thanks to you all for your patience whilst we finally got the main project of 2022 over the line – WIFI to all units. From a personal perspective, I am so pleased to now have this in place, and free to all Owners and guests.
Finally from me, thank you to all our Owners who have taken part in our recent survey. Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and whilst we may not be able to implement all suggestions, many will appear in the 2023 Owner Event Calendar. Alongside this, your thoughts and feedback on how we can look to improve the facilities and service we provide all help us to improve. As always, if you have any further comments or feedback, or would just like to pop in for a chat and a cuppa, please feel free to do so.

Winterising your holiday home
Every year we have a number of Owners who have issues with their holiday homes as they have not followed the recommended guidelines in winterising their holiday homes.
If you are not using your holiday home during the winter period, we strongly recommend you need to follow the guidelines to avoid unnecessary damage and costs.
If you are unsure about what to do, or just need some advice please contact Guest Services should you have any questions.
