Hello from Toby
Whilst it only seems like yesterday I was writing my last update, it also feels like so much has happened. As we head into Autumn we have been occupied with planning all of the training that we will be carrying out with the team in preparation for Christmas and our 2023 season. We are starting to plan our annual Winter Works programme, which involves checking every single Holiday rental to ensure we capture any works that are required, ensuring that we head into the 2023 season with the best possible product for our guests.
We have some great events lined up for you in our Masquerade Ball and Murder Mystery evenings, which I am very excited for, the feedback around our Owners' events is always so great, so when we have our bigger events I always find myself getting excited for them.
Christmas is fast approaching and this year we already have seen an influx of bookings for Christmas Day lunch in The Missing Squirrel. We also have our New Year's Eve Party in The Green Room which I am especially looking forward to. I hope as many of you as possible will join us and I look forward to being able to raise a glass with you all. Please note, both of these events are bookable so please ensure you get in early to avoid disappointment as our accommodation is fully booked over this period.

I would like to shout out to Mason Frith who I am sure you will all know. Mason works in the Hot Tub department and has recently been promoted to Hot Tub & Leisure Team Leader, following Dan Morgan's departure.
Mason has been with the business for some time now and previously worked on the bar in Mill Rythe.

We love Halloween, from dressing up as your favourite spooky character to carving scary (or funny!) faces into a plump, rump pumpkin. It's so much fun that we've decided to celebrate it throughout the entirety of October - 31 days of Halloween!

Subletting
As you will no doubt have seen, we have opened the Swimming Pool to the local community. We take our place in the community seriously and are always looking at how we can get involved and do our bit. Something I have often heard the team commended for this by our owners.
However, I would like to reassure you that this is not long term and if it ever becomes an issue for our Owners or Guests we will revisit this.
