What’s happening at
Hello from Graeme
Well since the last newsletter we have been absolutely blessed with some gorgeous weather and St Helens has been as stunning as ever - we've all been so lucky to be able to enjoy such a peaceful, relaxing park and location.
Over the summer period it was lovely to introduce some new events to St Helens, including the Outdoor Cinema, which was really well received by all who attended and which complimented the feel of the park nicely.
It has also been lovely to welcome new owners to St Helens who are hopefully feeling very happy with their holiday homes.
We are now approaching our winter period where the park is closed to our holidaymakers but owners are still very welcome to enjoy their holiday homes, while the team will be cracking on with our winter work projects, which we are now in the process of finalising plans.
There is also our end of season Owner event to look forward to, which our Owner Experience Manager, Neil, is putting final touches to.
I hope you all have a great winter, Christmas and New Year and myself and the team look forward to seeing you all soon!

John is a super helpful, unsung hero of the team and provides amazing support to his colleagues and does a great job in keeping our units spotlessly clean.

Congratulations to Helen Helen Burns, our Accommodation Team Leader, recently won a Holiday Hero award within the entire company for her efforts in the second quarter of the year. Helen put together a programme for Mental Health Wellbeing for the St Helens team and has supported others within the company as well. She continues to be a star!

Ed was really pleased to have been nominated for this award as he cares deeply about the park and all of our guests and owners. WiFi
We have had several queries in relation to WIFI connectivity on Resort. This is not scheduled to be installed in 2022. Our IT Director is currently sourcing options to install high speed connectivity to all of our resorts across the Away Resorts estate. As I'm sure that you can appreciate, this will become a significant programme of infrastructure works running into several million pounds worth of investment that will take time to implement successfully. Once we have more information on this, we will share this with all owners. We are however offering our Owners with no, or poor WIFI connections a 4G Dongle. This is a short term solution until we can share further updates.

The Hungry Bear Restaurant in Brading is set in the Old Rectory building in Brading and is a superb family run restaurant serving high quality 'comfort food' and offering one of the best (and biggest) Sunday lunches on the Island as well as other superb dishes.
