As we come to the end of the 2021 season, I would just like to say a big thank you for welcoming me into the Beachcomber family. We have had some great owners events this season – especially the Pool Party in the summer and the End of Season Party.
We will be carrying out essential electrical testing and servicing during the ‘close down’ period which will interrupt electric supply. To carry out these works the electric supply will need to be turned off intermittently,

so please do not leave perishable items in your fridge or freezer or leave anything reliant on electric supply as we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and will not be making contact beforehand. I am really looking forward to next season with some new owner events, the refurbishment of the swimming pool and other planned improvement works. Keep an eye on your owners Facebook page ‘Beachcomber Owners, The Third Place Social’ for updates on how the refurbishments are coming along! All that’s left to say is that I hope you all have a fantastic Christmas and New Year and I look forward to welcoming you all back on the 1st of March 2022.

Meet our Owner Experience Support Manager; Jackie Let me introduce myself, I joined Away Resorts in March as Owner Experience Support Manager working within the Central Operations Team. With over 30 years’ experience within the industry, mostly as a General Manager on large owner parks I have a passion for delivering the best possible ownership experience for our Owners. I support all aspects of our Owner Experience across all parks following the handing over of your holiday home. Firstly, thank you for feeding back your thoughts through various channels this year and to those of you that have completed the surveys. These have been very insightful and guided me and the teams on the parks on what we need to do to improve the owner experience that we currently provide. As we move towards 2022, we are currently looking at how we continue to improve your owner experience.

If you need a new form or any further information, just pop in or email/call Owner Services who will be happy to help. We need to ensure we stay up to date with your contact details so we can stay connected! Sometimes there could be important messages we need to get to you quickly, so please take a minute to pop in, or call us to check we have your details correct. You might have changed your mobile phone number, address or email address etc since we last updated our records for you.
