Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park presents
Park Life After a busy winter maintaining and developing our lovely park, myself and the whole team have been really excited to welcome you all back for our first full season since 2019, and we are ready for a fantastic Easter. You will all be pleased to know that we have been working on phase 2 of the indoor pool refurbishment. This has been a big project including reopening the space behind the water slide, installing brand new pool plant equipment to improve the water quality, a full retile, new glazing, and some new exterior cladding. The works are still ongoing, but we will be sure to post some images and further information on Third Place Social. Fingers are crossed that we can all enjoy the refurbishment this Easter. We have also been working hard on our brand new and exclusive pitch development on The Crosswinds. This is the first development we have built to come with piped gas, and direct cabled internet! This exciting new space is also scheduled to complete this Easter.
What’s happening at
I’m delighted to announce that Emily Stubbings has recently been appointed as our Owners Experience Manager. Emily has been with us for over 5 years and has already got a great relationship with many of you. So much so you voted for her to win the Owners Hero award! Keep an eye on Third Place Social for Emily Stubbings key dates for us to get together Owners Experience Manager and discuss how we can grow your owner experience. Until then, Emily will contact you all over the spring to see if there is anything you need. We also have our 2022 owner events calendar over on the next page of this newsletter, so grab your diaries and we hope to see you all soon at some of these. From all of us at Whitecliff Bay we wish you a lovely Easter. We have an easter egg waiting for you to collect (one per holiday home) in Owner Services! So please do pop in to collect yours from Wednesday 13th April, we will keep the eggs here for collection until Sunday 24th April.

Utility charge changes We have in the past enjoyed some long-term stability with our utility costs, however as I am sure you are aware, utility costs are now increasing. We will be billing your Electric in November. Gas Bottle pricing may have to be reviewed but we will of course keep you updated on this.
