What’s happening at

Hello from Stacey It's been a great start to the season, and we have loved seeing you all back enjoying the park and the swimming pool. We had an absolute blast at the music weekender with visiting acts from Away Resorts Art Co, including Tina Turner and Bruno Mars tributes. Despite the blustery weather it was fantastic to see so many of you joining in with the fun, games and dancing, we cannot wait for next year already! Acting upon feedback we have received from some of you, we have added some new style dog waste bins around the park on the bin bays. Let us know what you think. Remember we do have spare doggie bags in guest services if you are running low on supplies. The summer is now nearly upon us, and we are particularly looking forward to the colour festival and cream pie fight, so keep your eyes peeled for more information on times and locations for these. A shout out to your

holiday heroes

Farewell to Shaun and Jess Shaun Williams from Holiday Home Sales and Jess Lewis from Guest Services are relocating to Cornwall. Although we will be sad to see them leave, we wish them all the best for the future and are sure they won’t be able to resist popping back for a holiday.

We're proud as punch of Scott Scott Moncrieff did Barmouth Bay proud on his visit to Buckingham palace last month to collect his Queen’s award for voluntary service during the pandemic. Well done Scott!

We know you like to keep your holiday home spick and span, with all your outside bits and bobs stowed away neatly but please ensure that you are complying with your pitch licence agreement. Each owner may have 1 x Asgard Additions storage box and we are unable to allow any alternative storage sheds or boxes. Give guest services a call who will be happy to provide dimensions, product details and information on where you can order.

Please remember that all gas bottles must be paid for at the time of ordering. Orders need to be received before 3pm for same day delivery. Night call outs for gas deliveries will incur a call out charge. If you are unsure if you need gas call the team and we will be happy to check for you.

An update from Carl Hi all, it’s been a while since my last message to you; I hope you are well. Just under 12 months ago, we embarked on the integration of Aria Resorts into Away Resorts. Our aim with this acquisition was to build on our current reputation as one of the industry’s leading operators, giving our guests, holiday homeowners and team members authentic, unique, and ethical experiences. The bulk of our integration work has been completed and we now have 24 locations with the Away Resorts' flag proudly flying. While you may have noticed some changes on park, I want to assure you that you’re in safe hands. We’re an ambitious business looking to grow but are equally committed to regularly investing in our current locations. Over the next three years, we are looking to deploy 50 million pounds worth of capital across the business annually; this investment will introduce new bars and restaurants, swimming pools, enhanced technical infrastructure, and improved park grounds and maintenance.
