Hello from Colin I hope everybody is well. It's great to have been able to meet so many of you or talk to you over the phone. I have had some great conversations which have been really insightful, so thank you for that. We have all been extremely busy here, working hard to complete the merge with Away Resorts and achieve a successful integration. We do understand and appreciate that there have been a few things that haven’t been entirely smooth sailing, however I just want to reassure you all that we are working and communicating closely with the team at our Central Support Office to get any issues addressed and ironed out as promptly as possible. However, in the meantime we have had some really fantastic things happening! For the brilliant Queen’s Jubilee Weekend, we had some brilliant singers in The John Paul Jones, taking part in Away Resorts Live broadcast! We had heaps of positive feedback from the event and look forward to being able to host this again in the future.

An update from Carl Hi all, it’s been a while since my last message to you; I hope you are well. Just under 12 months ago, we embarked on the integration of Aria Resorts into Away Resorts. Our aim with this acquisition was to build on our current reputation as one of the industry’s leading operators, giving our guests, holiday homeowners and team members authentic, unique, and ethical experiences. The bulk of our integration work has been completed and we now have 24 locations with the Away Resorts' flag proudly flying. While you may have noticed some changes on park, I want to assure you that you’re in safe hands. We’re an ambitious business looking to grow but are equally committed to regularly investing in our current locations. Over the next three years, we are looking to deploy 50 million pounds worth of capital across the business annually; this investment will introduce new bars and restaurants, swimming pools, enhanced technical infrastructure, and improved park grounds and maintenance. As a community of Holiday Homeowners, you play a crucial part in the park’s success, and I thank you in advance for your continued support. Should you have any initial feedback or comments, remember our team members (who we lovingly refer to as Holiday Heroes) are always on hand to help. I am so pleased that you will be joining us on this continued journey, and I hope that you get some time to enjoy your wonderful holiday home over the summer season. We want to say a massive well done to Rob, from the Maintenance team, who was The Bay Filey Holiday hero of the month in June getting fantastic feedback from our guests and owners. Jordan from the leisure centre is our July hero who has also delivered outstanding service to all on park. Well done Rob and Jordan!
A Promotion for George Congratulations to George who has been part of the John Paul Jones team and has now been promoted to Team Leader of our new bar and eatery: The Four Cats. George has been at the Bay Filey for nearly two years now, so it is lovely to see him progress. Make sure you pop in and say Hi to George in his new home!
Stuart Lovick Welcome to Stuart Lovick, who has joined the Bay Filey family as Accommodation Manager. Stuart has a mass of experience in the holiday industry and is already getting stuck in and making some improvements. If you think he looks familiar, it might be because he was also our singer who entertained us on New Years Eve! Swimming Update
Gas and Electricity Tests As part of our integration to Away Resorts’ systems and processes, we will be asking if all our owners could please bring in or email a copy of their gas and electricity tests to Katie Bell as we need to have a copy on record. If you would prefer to email them, please send them to: Katie.bell@awayresorts.co.uk
As from the 1st of August you will no longer be required to book time slots for swimming in The Leisure Centre, it will be offered on a walk-in basis and we will get you into the next available session.
Leisure Cards If you have a property within our sublet scheme, please pop and see our Guest Services Team as we now have new Leisure Cards to provide you all with. These are to be shown at the Leisure Centre for Owners.

Get your Owner Card
We now have a new telephone system, which means we no longer provide options to reach different departments, we are aware that at some points there have been long waitsfor which we apologise.
We now have our new owner cards available. We are able to provide 8 per unit, all you need to do is provide us with a passport sized photo and we can get these issued to you. These can be used to redeem your 10% Owners’ discount within The John Paul Jones, and The Four Cats. Please note, you will only be allowed to use your current Owners’ cards up until the 31st of July, after this date only new Away Resorts branded cards will be accepted.
