Hello from Rosie With our refurbished pool now open, there are just a couple of things left on park for completion, including the new Clock and signs. We hope you are as delighted as we are with the development. Summer is pretty much upon us and I’m sure you will join me in wishing for some great weather! We have lots of great owners’ events coming up, they always open for bookings 2 Uponweeks.recent feedback we have introduced some great midweek offers on food in Buckets, if you have not yet indulged be sure to have a look. I hope you have all collected your Jubilee gift vouchers and enjoyed the celebrations; it was a fantastic few days and we would like to thank all those that joined in on the Best Dressed holiday home competition. Choosing the winner was very difficult and all those involved did an amazing job. Our Sublet service has been a big hit this year and we have welcomed many new owners to the scheme. Pam Leach has been promoted from Guest Services Manager to Guest Experience Manager and will now oversee Guest Services, Owners’ Accommodation, Maintenance and Security. Pam has been with us since August 2021 and has really hit the ground running, she has numerous years’ experience of working on holiday parks and will try her hand at anything we ask. Please help me congratulate Pam in her new role. We are also pleased to announce that Katie Rice, who worked in Buckets last year, has been promoted to our Holiday Home Sales Administrator.

Parking We know that you like to enjoy your holiday home with family and friends and we are very pleased to welcome them but please remember that parking at your holiday home is for one 1 vehicle only. Proof of residence It’s that time of year that we ask to see your proof of residence, as outlined in your licence agreement. A copy of your Council Tax bill was due by 30th June, so if you haven’t yet given it to the team, please do get it to us at your earliest convenience.

If you’ve tried out all the local restaurants, visited the most scenic beauty spots and enjoyed a pint in all the best bars around your holiday home; and are now hankering for something new, ask us about upgrading into a holiday home at one of our other parks. With 19 ownership locations, there are plenty to choose from! It may be possible for you to upgrade into a holiday home at a park which has additional facilities that you fancy having regular access to, has a little more peace and quiet; or that is in a location that you are desperate to explore. Just pop into your sales office and speak to the team who will be happy to help you explore all the opportunities.

Take a more leisurely pace Visiting Cleethorpes Pearl should be all about slowing down and so we ask that you take the same approach when driving around the park. With the Summer holidays approaching there will be lots of little ones darting about and families enjoy a leisurely pace so please drive at a maximum 5mph around the park to ensure we all stay safe and happy.

If you are happy where you are, but just fancy looking at a holiday home with an extra bedroom, perhaps an en-suite bathroom or a breakfast bar for lazy weekend brunches, we can help with that too! Over the next three years, we are looking to deploy 50 million pounds worth of capital across the business annually; this investment will introduce new bars and restaurants, swimming pools, enhanced technical infrastructure, and improved park grounds and maintenance.
