Hello from Toby Wow! I can’t believe how much has changed, every time I sit back to write these newsletters. We now have an amazingly unique, new venue in the Green Room, some outstanding external areas for children to enjoy with the splash pad and the outdoor play area and to top it off we have another 100 holiday home bases beautifully created towards the Eastern side of the park. We also have another lake which we will soon start working on to turn into a lovely little escape, where you can take a walk along the estuary and then sit and enjoy a picnic whilst you watch all the lovely wildlife, or even take your rods and do a bit of fishing. We are now well into the Summer season, which is my favourite time of year, and I love to see the park come to life over this period. For me this is where Mill Rythe truly shines, when the sun is out, and we have our Owners and Guests enjoying cocktails under the terrace watching the time go by. I have a feeling this is going to be the best year yet at Mill Rythe and I am so glad that we are on this journey and can experience this together. you soon!

Our aim with this acquisition was to build on our current reputation as one of the industry’s leading operators, giving our guests, holiday homeowners and team members authentic, unique, and ethical experiences.

While you may have noticed some changes on park, I want to assure you that you’re in safe hands. We’re an ambitious business looking to grow but are equally committed to regularly investing in our current locations. Over the next three years, we are looking to deploy 50 million pounds worth of capital across the business annually; this investment will introduce new bars and restaurants, swimming pools, enhanced technical infrastructure, and improved park grounds and maintenance.

Connor Martin was our Guest Services Manager and has joined the sales team as a sales advisor, taking on a brand-new challenge. We will announce his replacement for Guest Services in due course. Raven Rains sadly left the department to focus on her entertainment career now the entertainment world is getting back in full swing, we wish her well.

This was due to team changes and understandably led to some feedback from Owners and Guests. However, with the introduction of new team members, we are now back to normal operating times.
