Hello from Matt I hope you are all well and have been enjoying the largely amazing weather, it’s been a great start to the year for us. Merging with Away Resorts has been an exciting challenge, but we are now fully integrated and over the upcoming year you will start to notice differences and improvements in many factors of the business from changes you will see on park all the way through to our systems. One of the first big additions will be the arrival of the Stargazers. These are some amazing exclusive accommodation units that are only available in Newperran and St Ives and are going to be a great option for our holidaymakers to enjoy our amazing park from. As part of the Away Resorts Group we love to celebrate our teams and all their hard work, we call them Holiday Heroes. We would love for you all to join in, so if you witness any acts of everyday heroism, please let us know we will add these nominations into our monthly draws, to celebrate each months Hero. The team can’t wait to see you all, over the summer holidays enjoying the sun and beautiful Cornish coastline, do pop in when you are visiting to say hello!

An update from Carl Hi all, it’s been a while since my last message to you; I hope you are well. Just under 12 months ago, we embarked on the integration of Aria Resorts into Away Resorts. Our aim with this acquisition was to build on our current reputation as one of the industry’s leading operators, giving our guests, holiday homeowners and team members authentic, unique, and ethical experiences. The bulk of our integration work has been completed and we now have 24 locations with the Away Resorts' flag proudly flying. While you may have noticed some changes on park, I want to assure you that you’re in safe hands. We’re an ambitious business looking to grow but are equally committed to regularly investing in our current locations. Over the next three years, we are looking to deploy 50 million pounds worth of capital across the business annually; this investment will introduce new bars and restaurants, swimming pools, enhanced technical infrastructure, and improved park grounds and maintenance. As a community of Holiday Homeowners, you play a crucial part in the park’s success, and I thank you in advance for your continued support. Should you have any initial feedback or comments, remember our team members (who we lovingly refer to as Holiday Heroes) are always on hand to help. I am so pleased that you will be joining us on this continued journey, and I hope that you get some time to enjoy your wonderful holiday home over the summer season. Pawsome news! The dog field is back in action, we are sorry we had to take it away for so long, but it’s now open for all your four-legged friends to run free once again. Please remember this is the only place on park where they can be off lead and to use the dog waste bins provided.

Hello to Leigh Leigh Brown has joined our Food & Beverage team so you’ll see him in the Sunset bar & Eatery. He will be working both out front on the bar and in the kitchen whipping up some great meals. Fun facts: Leigh is an amazing photographer and also once performed on Britain’s Got Talent, so don’t forget to ask him about that experience!
Welcome back Sam! We’d like to welcome back Sam Harding to the Food and Beverage team. Sam was a vital part of the team last summer and is back for more this year, we look forward to hearing more of his crazy bike tales once more.
