An update from the team Adrian Evans has moved from his role as General Manager at Sandy Balls to become an Operations Director with responsibility for a number of our other Away Resorts parks, many of them being our newly acquired Parks and so now has responsibilities around various parts of the country, even in another country, that being Scotland! Adrian is currently still responsible for Sandy Balls and is still here 1 or 2 days a week. Catherine is still ever present, working alongside the existing Heads of Department, so you are all in safe and capable hands! Jamie Grierson, who was all things Retail here has moved to one of our new Parks in Swanage as the General Manager there. Everything is still in good hands here with Andrea, Ashley and Richard still looking after their various areas.
And a “Hello” from Julie – your Owner Experience Manager! I have now been with Away Resorts for 6 months and want to thank you all for making me feel so welcome. I have met many of you now, whether in person or electronically and I am looking forward to meeting more of you in what we expect to be a busy summer. For those of you who have not yet popped in to collect your drinks voucher and celebratory Queens’ Jubilee fridge magnet, don’t forget to come and claim them, the weekend was a great success with a wonderful time had by all who joined us on the park. An update from Carl Hi all, it’s been a while since my last message to you; I hope you are well. Just under 12 months ago, we embarked on the integration of Aria Resorts into Away Resorts. Our aim with this acquisition was to build on our current reputation as one of the industry’s leading operators, giving our guests, holiday homeowners and team members authentic, unique, and ethical experiences. The bulk of our integration work has been completed and we now have 24 locations with the Away Resorts' flag proudly flying. While you may have noticed some changes on park, I want to assure you that you’re in safe hands. We’re an ambitious business looking to grow but are equally committed to regularly investing in our current locations. Over the next three years, we are looking to deploy 50 million pounds worth of capital across the business annually; this investment will introduce new bars and restaurants, swimming pools, enhanced technical infrastructure, and improved park grounds and maintenance. As a community of Holiday Homeowners, you play a crucial part in the park’s success, and I thank you in advance for your continued support. Should you have any initial feedback or comments, remember our team members (who we lovingly refer to as Holiday Heroes) are always on hand to help. I am so pleased that you will be joining us on this continued journey, and I hope that you get some time to enjoy your wonderful holiday home over the summer season. We are pleased to announce that James Fairnie has been promoted to Maintenance Manager and Colin Young has joined us in the role of Assistant Maintenance Manager.

Parking We know that you like to enjoy your holiday home with family and friends, and we are very pleased to welcome them but please remember to keep your own vehicle in your allocated space and all additional vehicles parked in the designated car parks. This will ensure access and visibility of any oncoming traffic is kept nice and clear.
