Hello from Nathan Hello, and welcome to your first ever edition of Parklife, your periodic update for everything happening at Away Resorts St Ives Bay Beach Resort! By receiving this update, you are one of our very first Holiday Home Owners at the park, so firstly a huge thank you for joining the park. I hope that you are just as excited as I am for the developments on our stunning site, which will help to enhance the park experience and offering, whilst maintaining the beautiful views that have always been here. You may notice already the hard work that has been going into our new developments and signage around the park, as well as the completed first refurbishment of our Dynamite Club, complete with LED wall for your evening entertainment. There has also been an extended bar for coffee and ice cream in Sands Bistro, a refurbished Guest Services area and lots of amazing new accommodation. If you have friends that come to visit you at St Ives Bay and stay on park, you may wish to recommend our new accommodation offering of the "Stargazer" holiday home or "Thalassa" lodge, completely exclusive to our park. These luxury holiday homes have been bespoke designed by Away Resorts and come with decking and a hot tub for a perfect escape. Your friends and family are also entitled to a 10% discount (see more details later). I hope you enjoy your first issue of Park Life for 2022. An update from Carl Hi all, it’s been a while since my last message to you; I hope you are well. Just under 12 months ago, we embarked on the integration of Aria Resorts into Away Resorts. Our aim with this acquisition was to build on our current reputation as one of the industry’s leading operators, giving our guests, holiday homeowners and team members authentic, unique, and ethical experiences. The bulk of our integration work has been completed and we now have 24 locations with the Away Resorts' flag proudly flying. While you may have noticed some changes on park, I want to assure you that you’re in safe hands. We’re an ambitious business looking to grow but are equally committed to regularly investing in our current locations. Over the next three years, we are looking to deploy 50 million pounds worth of capital across the business annually; this investment will introduce new bars and restaurants, swimming pools, enhanced technical infrastructure, and improved park grounds and maintenance. As a community of Holiday Homeowners, you play a crucial part in the park’s success, and I thank you in advance for your continued support. Should you have any initial feedback or comments, remember our team members (who we lovingly refer to as Holiday Heroes) are always on hand to help. I am so pleased that you will be joining us on this continued journey, and I hope that you get some time to enjoy your wonderful holiday home over the summer season. Elliot is our Deputy General Manager on the park, and takes the lead through his teams with everything around the park, from grounds to siting; facilities to utilities; building to digging! Elliot relocated to this wonderful part of the world around 5 years ago and hasn't looked back!

Introducing Wayne Berryman Park Safety Manager Wayne is our Park Safety Manager, leading the Out of Hours team that are on hand to keep everybody safe in the evenings and through the night. Introducing Neil Daniel Dynamite Club Manager Neil is our Dynamite Club Manager, leading the team to serve great Food and Beverages in the evening entertainment venue, whilst putting on a great show. This season the Dynamite Club has received significant investment with a large LED wall screen on the enhanced stage, and now serves Cornish Small Plates as a fantastic food offer, alongside some amazing cocktails. Introducing Sarah Pegg Guest Experience Manager Sarah is our Guest Experience Manager and looks after all aspects of the Guest Services, Accommodation and Guest Journey throughout the resort. With over 450 accommodation units and 200 camping pitches, this is one big job. However, having previously held a similar role at Merlin for many years she brings a wealth of experience to the team. As part of their roles, Sarah and her teams also look after your Holiday Homes whilst sub-letting through Away Resorts and always aim to maximise your bookings and hand your Holiday Home back to you just like new! Bulletin Take a more leisurely pace Visiting St Ives Bay should be all about slowing down and so we ask that you take the same approach when driving around the park. With the Summer holidays approaching there will be lots of little ones darting about and families enjoy a leisurely pace so please drive at a maximum 10mph around the park to ensure we all stay safe and happy. As our roads are classed as public highways this means that unfortunately no E-Scooters or Quad-Bikes, or equivalent, can be used whilst on site.
Season end We have had some fantastic news that our application for a longer season has been accepted, meaning even more use of your Holiday Home for you! We look forward to being able to confirm full details with you in the near future.

Storage solutions Storage boxes for owners' Holiday Homes are in high demand and currently take 12 weeks to be delivered by our suppliers. We do order in bulk to help reduce the waiting time. As a reminder in the Purchase Agreement - Storage Boxes must be purchased and installed by Away Resorts - The Asgard Edition Shed currently retails at £750.00, including base in the ground and building/installation. This offering ensures that the Storage Boxes are kept neat and tidy, blending into the environment, whilst also meeting our requirements for commercially graded fire safety.
Recommend a friend and get £500 off your pitch fees! Refer more friends and you could get up to £1000 account credit! Wouldn’t it be great if your friends owned a holiday home here too, to enjoy the park with and spend more quality time together! If you know anyone who would love it as much as you do, why not recommend them? If they go ahead and purchase a holiday home through us, completing within 12 months of your referral; we will give you an account credit of £500 as a big thank you!
