Storage boxes Just a gentle reminder that all storage boxes must be purchased through the park. Plastic or wooden ones are not permitted. If you require a quote, please pop into Guest Services.

Ordering gas bottles Don’t forget to order gas bottles before 3pm to ensure delivery on the same day. Gas ordered after 3pm will be delivered the following day. We’d hate you to run out so our tip would be to have 2 bottles so that you have a spare for unexpected emergencies and it doesn’t ruin any plans.

A welcome addition to the Away Resorts family, the five-star holiday village is located between Godshill and Fordingbridge. It has a wide range of accommodation including luxury woodland lodges, static holiday homes, camping pods and safari tents as well as fully serviced touring pitches. There are also plans afoot to introduce some new accommodation to Sandy Balls that will be available to buy so if you are looking at new locations to own holiday homes, look no further than this little piece of heaven in the New Forest. It’s been a busy year for our amazingly hard-working team at Away Resorts HQ and across our six parks – yes, six parks. At the start of 2017, we acquired the much-loved and extremely well-known Sandy Balls Holiday Village in the New Forest National Park.

The brand new Away Resorts App will be launched very soon. With fantastic features including; booking activities, checking out what’s on, owners event listings, ordering a gas bottle, and more – watch this space!

It’s hard to believe that we are already half way through the year and it’s great to see how busy our park has been already. Easter was particularly busy this year for us and it seems it was nationwide too with VisitEngland reporting that 6.6 million Britons opted to holiday in the in the UK during the long bank holiday weekend, up 10 per cent on last year’s figures.

Contact details Once again, as we do every year, can we please remind our owners to pop into Guest Services when you are next on park to check your contact details with us. It might be that you have moved address, changed your telephone number or e-mail address over the winter and we need to know. Sometimes we need to get messages or updates out to you quickly either by a text message or e-mail so it is important we have the right details so you don’t miss out on relevant park information.

Summer bookings are looking strong too, which just goes to show there really is no place like home. If you are looking to sublet your holiday home, please get in touch as it’s a great way to earn some money to help towards your fees. Guest services have all the information you need on this. Finally, if you fancy yourself as a keen photographer, check out our photography competition and you could be getting your hands on a £50 Love2Shop voucher. 1.5% Credit Card charges We have recently introduced a charge for payments made by credit card. The 1.5% transaction fee applied to credit card payments covers all costs associated with processing the transaction of which the bank charge is just one element.

A gentle reminder that use of any Away Resorts images or text from the website, social media or any other marketing source is copyright without permission. We kindly ask that no information belonging to Away Resorts is used without prior written agreement.

Any Owner that requires contractors to visit them on park will need to be authorised by Stacey Taylor. Please call Guests Services to obtain the necessary paperwork and to find out more.

Join us at our fabulous outdoor cinema, Midsummers Night Screen. Settle back on a hay bale, get comfy in a giant deck chair, grab a blanket. Wait for the marshmallows to toast, wrap your hands around a hot chocolate and nibble some popcorn as the screen lights up and we entertain you with a great film in a truly a stunning outdoor setting.

events Primo - Family music festival Friday 16th June For the first time ever, Primo Weekend is coming to Barmouth Bay. We are turning on the entertainment with two nights of live music, featuring a 5-piece band and guest performances, all presented in a relaxed festival outdoor space. During the day, there will be brilliant activities for all the family. My active and PLAY will feature throughout the weekend, including brand new activities for the family to enjoy. A weekend you would be crazy to miss!

Bacon Baps | 10am They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day and we agree. Pop along for some fuel to start your day in the right way and enjoy a natter with other owners. All happiness depends on a leisurely breakfast!

Colour festival Saturday 22nd July A lively colourful weekend featuring our brightest Saturday of 2017. Inspired by the famous Indian ’Holi Festival of Colours’, there will be a programme of family events during the daytime centred around colour throwing powder. These will include ‘colour gathering’ events; a fun colour run for adults and children where guests can run the track while being covered from head to toe in a rainbow of colours. You can choose to run, walk, skip or dance your way around the course. There will be an awesome mix of DJs, MCs, the famous ‘Colour Throws’ and plenty of ‘Colour Crazy’ give-aways. Presented outside. Cameras at the ready, this weekend is as fun to watch as it is to take part.

Cream Pie Fight Sunday 27th August The annual tradition that is the ‘Cream Pie Fight’ returns. Our largest gathering of guests, armed with cream pie plates, have the biggest, messiest fun fight of the year.

If you find yourself falling in love with Barmouth Bay and always counting down the minutes until your next visit, then you may also find yourself telling your nearest and dearest about it too. Whether you want to enjoy holidays with family or friends or you just want them to have as much fun as you do, don’t hide your light under a bushel. For a start, the bushel might spontaneously combust from your excitement. Secondly, it’s nice to share.

How about £1,000 in Pitch Fee Credits? Do we have a deal for you? You bet! If you recommend a friend who becomes a holiday home owner here at Barmouth Bay then you get some additional benefits. Not only can you enjoy holidays together, we will give you an account credit of £500 once they have taken

over their holiday home. The second person you refer will earn you £750 and the third is worth a whopping £1,000. Bring your friends and help save on your pitch fees. For referrals to escalate, all sales must be complete within a 12-month period.

How it works All you have to do is complete an owner referral form and send it in to us and let us do the rest. Alternatively, you can bring them along or even call to make an appointment for them. Simple!
