Hello everyone! I hope this message finds you all in good health and enjoying the glorious sunshine.
I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Vicky, and I am absolutely thrilled to step into the role of General Manager here at Cleethorpes while Rosie is away. Cleethorpes Pearl holds a special place in my heart, as I have been part of the team here as the Commercial Manager ever since it became part of the wonderful Away Resorts family
Recently, I had the opportunity to connect with some of our amazing owners during the Owners Open Feedback Sessions. It was a pleasure to chat with you and hear your valuable feedback. For those of you who couldn't attend, don't worry! Details of these sessions will be sent to you soon via email, or by post if you prefer good old-fashioned mail.
As we dive into the summer season, I am looking forward to getting to know even more of you. Please don't hesitate to reach out or say hello when you see me around the park. For owners who private let, private key release forms and a private letting letter must be signed and handed into Guest Servies as soon as possible.
Local Authority Rates:
We kindly want to inform you that there is a slight delay in billing the Local Authority rates. We will promptly update you as soon as the billing process is initiated. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Newsletters:
We wanted to give you a heads up that we're making a change regarding our newsletters.
Instead of sending them out quarterly, we'll be keeping in touch through Third Place Social.
This way, we can keep you in the loop more efficiently and frequently, ensuring you always have the latest and greatest information.
