We’re investing £10m! As part of the recent transformation, the newly named Mill Rythe Coastal Village has seen existing chalets replaced with premium quality, modern luxury caravans. The all-new park facilities available to enjoy in the first phase included the introduction of a luxurious ‘Missing Squirrel Lounge Bar’, a wonderful sports court and improved indoor swimming pool. The second phase of the development for 2022 will see the the introduction of a fabulous, family dining venue with entertainment, lots more new bases for our holidaymakers and holiday home ownership plus an outdoor splash zone.

A coffee house, laundrette and on-site shop will be added in the final phase of the redevelopment. As part of the redevelopment and plan to decrease are carbon footprint we are exploring the following options: • We are endeavouring to source a carbon-neutral electricity supplier • Rainwater harvesting is being included in the specification for the main buildings • Increased recycling facilities across the park • We are working to introduce bird hides, bat roosting and wild water habitation to increase the biodiversity of the park 5

New for 2022 A family friendly restaurant In the morning, let us do the hard work and ease you into the day with a choice of a full breakfast, our stacked pancakes smothered with a choice of indulgent toppings or a simple breakfast bap.

Our lovely indoor swimming pool is open every day from 09.00-16.45. Due to reduced capacity in the pool and high demand, we advise pre-booking your swim sessions. All swim sessions are 45 minutes long. You will have a 15-minute grace period to arrive for your session before it will be made available to other guests.

From lunchtime all the way through until 9pm, we’ve got you covered with our selection of filled wraps, light bites and salads, or for the hungrier appetites why not try our range of gourmet burgers or maybe a hand battered cod with chunky chips. Finish it all off with a choice of indulgent desserts... you are on holiday after all! The family-friendly restaurant will also play host to our daily entertainment.

Swimming Pool Our indoor heated swimming pool is the perfect way to spend time with the whole family. We politely ask that all children under 8 and all non-swimmers under 14 are accompanied by an adult in the water at all times. Supervision ratios must be adhered to (see below). Pool Rules Everyone wants to have a good time, but we ask you to stick to three rules in the interest of others safety. No diving, no running and no photography.

Hayling Island combines all the attractions of a traditional seaside holiday with excellent sporting and leisure facilities. The island's miles of unspoilt coastline and countryside also offer a haven of peace and tranquillity, where visitors can walk, cycle or relax. Windsurfing was invented on Hayling Island and as well as events linked to this popular activity there are also many opportunities for sailing and kite surfing. Keep an eye out for the Kite Surfing Festival held in September. Hayling Island holds a European Blue Flag award and its excellent beaches have also been awarded a Tidy Britain Seaside Award for their water quality, safety and cleanliness. The seaside shore is five miles long and offers safe places for enjoying swimming, beach volleyball, picnicking and BBQs. Hayling beach is a 45-min walk from the park.

Portsmouth is just a 20-minute drive away and has an abundance of local attractions, shops and bars. Step back in time and onto the HMS Victory at Portsmouth’s Historic Dockyard or simply take in the sea air with a stroll along the beach. For some of the best views of Portsmouth, don't miss the Royal Armouries Fort Nelson on Portsdown Hill near Fareham. During the summer, the Portsmouth Harbour Waterbus links the four major attractions of Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, Explosion Museum of Naval Firepower, Royal Navy Submarine Museum and Gunwharf Quays. Just a 25-minute drive away is one of the most charming and stylish cities on the south coast. Chichester combines all the attractions of a thriving centre with the rural delights of West Sussex. #8 Hayling Billy Cycle Trail This trail uses the Hayling Billy Coastal Path which runs along the west coast of Hayling Island. It is a permissive route which is used by walkers, cyclists and horse riders. This easy cycle route is a 5-mile round trip, all of which are off road. #9 Funland Amusement Park Hayling Island Experience the thrill of our roller coaster ‘Wild Billy’s Runaway Mine Train’ or take a plunge on the Beaver Creek log ride. Challenge yourself to a round on one of the craziest ‘themed’ golf courses you have ever seen and with a variety of attractions indoors and out, come rain or shine, there is always plenty to do. 5-minute drive or a 40-minute walk, PO11 0AG #10 Hayling Seaside Railway Enjoy a traditional day out at the English seaside whatever the weather with a delightful 2-mile return journey on a charming narrow gauge light railway. hot tub info DO’S Shower before and after use – this will remove oils, creams, lotions, make up, tans etc, which will seriously affect the water quality if not removed. Use the toilet before entering – not leaving the hot tub to use the toilet will seriously affect water quality. Respect your neighbours – no loud music, shouting or screaming outside. Due to the noise of the bubbles, you may not realise how loud you are. 11pm curfew must be adhered to. Only children over the age of 14. Supervise children in the area at ALL times. Limit your dips to a maximum of 15 minutes at a time – extended use can cause dizziness. Consult your GP before using if you are pregnant, suffering from any form of heart disease, circulation problems or any serious illness. If you feel unwell or experience breathing difficulties, discontinue use of the hot tub and seek medical advice. Take care when entering or exiting and use the bath mat provided – decking can become slippery when wet. Replace the lid after use - this will keep the heat in and be ready for you when you fancy another dip. Contact the park staff if you have any concerns or problems. Use slippers provided between the caravan and the hot tub.

DON’TS D on’t add anything – bubble bath, shampoo, gels, soaps, oils, salts etc, can seriously affect the water quality and filter system and will result in a cleaning charge of up to £100. Don’t rest any glasses on or near the hot tub – broken glass is almost invisible under water. Any broken glass found in the vicinity will result in the hot tub being drained to check for glass. Use plastic glasses instead. Do not use while using or after using any drug that may cause drowsiness, sleepiness or raise/lower your blood pressure. on’t use any electrical equipment in D the vicinity. Don’t use in a thunderstorm Don’t place candles on the hot tub – candle wax can damage the filter system. Don’t sit, stand or lie on the lid – they are not very strong. A replacement will be charged to you. on’t immerse your head or swallow D the water – this can increase the risk of infection. Don’t allow children under 14 years or those unable to keep their head above the water level when sitting, in the tub. o not use after a heavy meal or while D under the influence of alcohol. Don’t exceed the maximum number of people than it is designed for. No animals are allowed in the hot tub.

Please take note of these rules, should any of them not be adhered to, it could result in your hot tub being taken out of action! Keep an eye out for the floating yellow duck. When in place, your tub is ready to enjoy! Should you have any issues with your hot tub or if it is contaminated, please contact Guest Services.

Keeping safe Keep to the speed limit – The maximum speed limit around the park is 10mph although we advise you go slower than this. Remember excited children don’t always pay attention so please drive slowly. Park roads are public roads – All roads on the park are subject to the Road Traffic Act. Don’t fall into the trap of thinking they are private as they are not. All rules that apply on normal roads apply on our roads, including drink driving and seat belts. Car parking – Take care when parking, do not block any access routes that may be used by emergency vehicles. Never use vacant holiday home pitches for parking as this can be dangerous. All vehicles are parked at the owners’ risk. No smoking - Smoking is prohibited in all accommodation and public areas.

BBQ safety - BBQs must not be used for open fires. In hot weather, ensure the BBQ is contained as it should be with no hot ashes flying onto the dry ground. First aid - Should you require first aid please contact a member of staff. First Aiders are located in each department. Play safely – Mums & Dads, always ensure your children know how to get back to your accommodation. Be sure to know exactly where they are and tell them where you will be. If you have lost your children, please go to Guest Services or contact a member of the security team.

Entertainment for children – Organised activities for children are provided as entertainment only. Please note that we do not offer childcare facilities and your children remain your responsibility at all times. Children under 8yrs of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children should wear clothes that are appropriate for the activity they are attending and remember that they should be given a drink and sun block in hot weather. Please ask your children to be well behaved at all times.

Fire action – When you arrive at your accommodation, note the nearest Fire Point. In the event of a fire... • Evacuate your accommodation and alert neighbours • If possible, turn off gas and electric supplies • Raise alarm by contacting Guest Services or call 999 • Do not re-enter accommodation to retrieve belongings • Tackle a small fire with extinguishers or hoses, if safe.

Sea safety – If you see someone in danger in the sea please dial 999 and ask for the Coastguard. Please be aware of the flags on the beach letting you know whether it is safe to swim. Please be aware of your location and where you plan to get out as currents can be strong. Keep an eye on children at all times. Please wait an hour after eating to enter the water. Please let someone with you know if you plan on swimming and please use inflatables with care.

Gas leak – Report any gas leak. Don’t hope others will. • Do not smoke or use a naked flame. • Do not operate electric switches or use mobiles. • Turn off the gas supply and open doors and windows to disperse the gas as you leave the accommodation. • Contact Guest Services or Park Safety 22 immediately.
