Highlights
Axis’ Midlands Division runs our 25-year PFI Total Asset Management partnering contract with Riverside Housing Association. This includes Responsive Repairs, 3* Gas Servicing, Planned Cyclical Decorations/Improvements, FRA and Voids across approximately 1600 properties.
For Riverside, we provide a refurbishment service at Ministry of Defence properties on the Cosford Estate in Shropshire which contains125 homes and a further 22 houses in Market Drayton. The properties are generally 2-bedroom semi-detached properties.
Our scope includes internal day-to-day repairs and restorations.
Our team, based in Oldbury, also provides full internal redecorations including carpets and vinyl flooring finishes.
Externally we have installed uniform black front doors and a side light. We also installed garage doors to the properties.

We apply a gloss finish to woodwork banisters and wardrobe doors.
Additionally, we maintain and repair radiators and boilers in the homes, as well as changing consumer units from plastic to metals.
In 2016/2017 we delivered a kitchen refit programme at the site installing 100 kitchens at 8 days per kitchen at 70 properties. We also installed 180 bathroom suites modernising 60 homes or RAF families.
