CORONAVIRUS CASE TRACK & TRACE PROCESS The process below will be followed in the event that an Axis employee shows symptoms or contracts COVID-19. We also encourage all staff to use the NHS Track & Trace app, which will automate some of this process.

Report suspected case to NHS111 & Axis via MYHR sickness report

Gather contact details of residents, suppliers and colleagues at risk
