This programme will allow you to focus on and develop the range of competencies required at the start of your career and provides a series of learning opportunities throughout the programme, transferring learning into the workplace and projects.

The Ayesa Early Careers Programme has been such a great experience! Not only has it been a fantastic way to meet colleagues from different offices around the world, but it’s also helped me grow both personally and professionally. One of the highlights for me was the Time Management and Organisational Skills module—I picked up some really useful techniques for juggling multiple projects and tasks. It’s always great when you can immediately apply what you’ve learned to your workplace! The CPD Certificate in Professional Engineering at TU Dublin was a fantastic experience! I especially enjoyed the modules on Essential Skills, Presentation Skills, and Excel.
