about. Ever since I was old enough to pick up the pencil, I have always thought that art was one of the things I enjoyed the most. This was because I believed that I could best express my vivid imaginations through my doodles and sketches. Born and raised in Jakarta, I have always had a huge thirst for knowledge of the digital arts. I was 12 when I started learning Adobe Photoshop by myself and from then on, I realized that I’m going to have to become a graphic designer. From the outside, people may mistake me as a person who only focuses on using the right side of my brain, however, that is not entirely true. I am also analytical, logical and strategic. I can often come up with creative solutions in problem-solving and I am able to work and communicate with various types of people due to my nature of rarely being emotionally-driven.

Rumah Sakit Cipto Mangunkusumo A semester V college project to create a full rebranding of a nation-wide known hospital, Rumah Sakit Cipto Mangunkusumo. I was tasked to re-design the logo of the hospital as well as its 15 subsidiasiries. The concept of the hospital revolves around environmentalism, thus the logo was designed as a reflection of the establishment’s message. It is the combination of the recycling symbol and the helping hands.

Ben Yehuda typeface This was a project for Typography II and the task was to design a typeface based on any city in the world. I chose Jerusalem, Israel, a country that has two official languages, Arabic and Hebrew. The idea was to create a typeface which incorporates elements from these two beautiful scripts. I find this idea interesting because it also encourages the concept of peace in the Middle-East. The Ben Yehuda typeface has 13 Arabesque and 13 Hebraic-styled letters. It falls under the category of decorative typography and it only features lowercase letters.

The logo features a bull that was designed using interconnecting lines to resemble the cosmos and the idea of “one-ness”. Graphic elements include space and psychedelic visions.
