Guacamole

Ingredients:

3 Ripe avocados 1/2 Small onion finely diced 2 Roma tomatoes diced

3 tbsp, Fresh cilantro chopped 1 Jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and finely diced 2 Garlic cloves, minced

1 Lime, juiced 1/2 tsp Sea salt

Instructions:

1. Slice the avocados in half.

2. Remove the pit and skin and place in a mixing bowl. 3. Mash the avocado with a fork and make it as chunky or smooth as you’d like. 4. Add the remaining ingredients and stir together. 5. Keep the avocado refrigerated with the stem to keep the greenish color. 6. Serve with chips.
