WHY JOIN HACIA IF YOU’RE A BLACK SU I first met Juan Calahorrano, while working on Lathrop Homes. Juan along with the entire HACIA staff were influential in our community outreach efforts and are currently producing quality training programs for the current Lathrop workforce. We are always looking for opportunities to partner and collaborate in an effort to increase minority participation on construction projects. From first glance many would think that HACIA and its members are all Hispanic, however that is so far from the truth. Roughly 45% of their membership is comprised of African-Americans, Asian Americans and other minorities. HACIA has over thirty years of experience serving the training needs of minority, women, and disadvantaged business enterprises (M/W/DBE) in the construction industry. HACIA has received grants through the years that have given HACIA the opportunity to train and educate contractors and construction

workers offering workshops, certifications, cohort training programs and technical assistance. If you are a subcontractor, there are several resources and organizations you should register your company with. Organizations like HACIA, AACA, and the CEC are all organizations that Developers and General Contractors network with when building their projects. I am approached so many times and asked, “Do you have a list of subcontractors?”or “Which minority subcontractors should we be reaching out to?” Trade organizations get the same questions all the time, so make sure they know your company name and have your contact information. Registering your company with organizations like CHA, CTA and the Illinois Tollway keeps you in the loop on programs that will help grow your business. These organizations typically partner with not for profits like HACIA to provide professional training and

Register with all the trade organizations, because you just might be missing out on a wealthy of resources!

HACIA is proud to consciously develop programs and services to fulfill its member’s needs. These include: Networking Opportunities Educational Advancement opportunities, such as our Small Business Workshops and Contractor Training Program Access to mentors & coaching DBE/MBE/WBE/VBE Certification Assistance Participation on Various Committees to Focus on Industry Issues On Line Contract Opportunities Monthly Membership Meetings Networking Opportunities Contractor Referral, Matchmaking and Networking Services Conflict Resolution Assistance Career Center

packed right there and I think it’s coming west and North Lawndale is going to be the next and upcoming place to live in Chicago”.

What do you know without a shadow of a doubt?

A: “If you’re not part of the solution you’re part of the problem.”

Alderman: “I know for certain, that the same thing that made north Lawndale great in the past, is the same thing that is going to make it great in the future. We at one point had 125,000 residents here in north Lawndale in the 24th ward and was the envy of the entire city in terms of working class folks and people being here, and I know for a fact: that as long as I have breath in my body we are going to work to get to the point where we are the envy of the city of Chicago.

The reason that it is my favorite quote is because my father told me this after he was shot in the park. I was in the 7th grade at the time and I asked him after he was shot, why do we continue to live in North Lawndale? Someone had broken into our house so he ran after him and got shot. “I said why do we continue to stay in this neighborhood if people are robbing us and committing bodily harming”?

What is your favorite quote?

Right now, we’re envying the good Alderman in the 27th Ward, Walter Burnett and all the great development he’s doing over there, but development has to go somewhere; he’s pretty

B/ACE

He told me: “HEY…IF YOU’RE NOT PART OF THE SOLUTION, YOUR PART OF THE PROBLEM; AND IF WE TOOK EVERYTHING WE LEARNED FROM THIS COMMUNITY WE WOULD BE ROBBING IT JUST LIKE THE PEOPLE THAT ROBBED US.”

13

Is this why you are doing what you are doing now?

What are some fun facts about Alderman Scott?

A: “Yes, that’s what he told me and that’s why I am here. I am trying to be a part of the solution and not a part of the problem.”

A: “I love to play flag football. I played football in high school and in college. I played for Morehouse college for 2 seasons and then I retired; for various reasons” (laughter).

What are your favorite hobbies? A: I really like to play basketball, flag-football, and hanging out with my kids. They’re ages are 13, 7, and 3, they occupy a lot of my down-time.

If you could have dinner with anyone past or present who would it be? A: “My Mother and Father. Both of my parents are deceased. They are a lot of the reason why I do what I do; it’s because of them. I’d like to sit and talk to them and give them an update on what’s going on.” “I’d like to have dinner with Michelle & Barack Obama. I think that he and her exemplify black excellence and I would just like to glean some knowledge from the two of them”. “I’d like to have dinner with Jesus Christ and partake in the Lord’s Sacrament. Like communion, but I would like to sit down and have the W.W.J.D ‘What would Jesus Do’ moment?”

SEASONAL

SETTINGS

Before my life was taken over by the Construction industry, I used to be a floral and event designer. I produced weddings, over the top baby showers, and elegant bridal showers. I made beautiful centerpieces, setup lighting and made custom invitations. While I have given that life up, I have not given up my love for dressing a table. 22

With thanksgiving coming, here are a few tips to make your table SING for the season...

// Plates look better with chargers. They add height and come in so many different styles and textures! Look for earth tones, in reds golds and browns. // Spruce your napkins up with a beautiful napkin ring. Napkin rings can be made from almost anything. For a baby shower I used ribbon that was made of jewels and then hot glued them together! Cost me less than .25 for each one but made my table sing!!! // I love fresh flowers but todays silk flowers are so life like and very easy to arrange. I like to add a bit of the unexpected to mine. Hence, I fell in love with the bright orange pumpkins from Pier 1!

// Lastly choose a wine glass that pull all your colors together or that adds a bit of bling!

// MOST IMPORTANTLY DON’T FORGET THE WINE!

SUBCONTRACTOR You Should Know What kind of clients would seek your services? (i.e. small business, residential, commercial, etc) “Designers, small business, buildouts and commercial contractors.” What are the services that you provide and your specialty? “The services I provide are Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT), Luxury Vinyl Planks (LVT), Pure Vinly Tile (PVT), Carpet Tile, Carpet (Direct Glue Down), and Sheet Vinyl. My Specialist is LVT and PVT patterns.” How long have you been in the flooring trade and when was Merritt Elite Inc. established? “I have been in the flooring trade for more than 20 years and a business owner of Merritt Elite Inc for the last 4 years.”

24

What are the flooring trends that are very popular today? Patterns Designs utilizing multiple materials. What are some of the pitfalls people should look for when hiring a flooring contractor? One of the best pieces of advice I have is to research the installer. Visit their website or ask for pictures of their work is even better. If you have a chance to visit where the installer has done work, do it! You can then see for yourself if you would like to use them for your project. Where are you located? I am based within the Chicagoland Area. I also travel throughout the Midwest Region as well.

ONLY THE WEALTHY KNOW

I

In my years working with individuals and families, I’ve seen a lot. I think I learn something new every day about people. One of my first lessons, which still holds true today after years of being an agent, is that wealthy people plan to be wealthy and stay wealthy. The truly wealthy people I’ve met are a lot like you and me. They want to stay healthy, be happy, provide for their family, and leave a legacy behind. One tool to accomplish two of these goals -- provide for the family and leave a legacy, is life insurance. Yes, the wealthy have life insurance. The face value of policies usually ranges from hundreds of thousands of dollars to millions. And they usually have multiple policies. There are many benefits of life insurance that the wealthy know and use and here are just a few: INCOME REPLACEMENT – the wealthy know that the biggest asset in the family is the primary breadwinner. It’s not the cars or the fancy homes. The primary income earner has the potential to constantly earn more. When that person

B/ACE

is not around any longer, where does that leave the dependents – spouse, children, and other family members? Having a high face value term life insurance policy that replaces ten or more years of income is a common rule of thumb. If you make $50,000 a year, have a spouse, young children or parents who you support, how will they fair without your income. Imagine if your annual income is $100,000 or more a year. Having a plan so the family finances are not devastated if the primary breadwinner passes away prematurely is a valid concern across any income level. WEALTH TRANSFER – we work hard for our family to have a good life. Passing money down to our children and grandchildren is a wonderful legacy gift wealthy people plan to do. Life insurance is a tool that can help us all prepare for the day we are no longer here. Many wealthy people have life insurance to help pay for taxes, provide a lump sum of money to children and grandchildren or buy out partners in a family business. Structuring a life insurance plan to meet the family’s financial need is a constant I see with my wealthy customers.

31

LIFE INSURANCE SECRETS ONLY THE WEALTHY KNOW

Leaving a financial legacy to help the next generation or two is a pleasure most people dream about. Putting a life insurance plan in place can make life a little easier for our spouse, children and grandchildren. I T I S A N A SSE T – the wealthy know whole life insurance is an asset. As time goes on, a whole life policy builds cash value. Banks, major corporations, and high net worth people all have life insurance in the asset column. It is not looked at as a bill or burden. Wealthy people know it’s an asset for their family. Life insurance can be used to protect, preserve and transfer wealth. Preparing for the time when we are not here and how our absence may affect our family, are strong considerations when deciding to purchase a life insurance plan.

for families. One usually only has one or two years of their annual salary as coverage. What will your family do after year three? Initiating a FundMe campaign is not a financial plan. Asking extended family members, friends, or strangers can be a burden on them. Getting life insurance while we are young and in good health may mean having very affordable premiums. You can learn more by discussing your personal needs with your agent. Get a good understanding of your needs. Put a plan in place. Truly live like the wealthy and put family finances first. Learn their secrets.

Just having life insurance through an employer is not nearly enough coverage

VERDALE LOYD _ “My name is Verdale Lloyd and I am a father of two and married to my beautiful wife Cynthia who inspires me. I have had somewhat of a checkered pass, but it’s my testimony now. I was a two-time ex-felon; drug dealer and user. At that time, I knew I had to find a better way.

In August of 1996, I was introduced to the construction industry and things started to turn around for me. While I didn’t know anything about construction, I knew all I needed was an opportunity. That opportunity came as a Laborer tradesman.

37

My belief in God and my determination to do something better with my life has blessed me with 17 years in the construction industry! The internal benefits of working hard is self-gratifying. The outward excitement of getting dirty along with demolition empowers me and helps me to stay in shape but best of all, it enables me to take care of my family. I am grateful for these life changing experiences. I would like to thank Alderman Walter Burnett Jr. and the entire CEC staff. They were influential in providing me with opportunities to be where I am today.

SAMUEL LOPEZ _ My name is Samuel Lopez and I’m from the west side of Chicago, Henry Horner Homes to be exact. I was first exposed to construction from my dad, who owned his own company. He was a tuck pointer, bricklayer, and roofer. While I worked for my father for 12 years, I wasn’t sure if it was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.

Fast forward to 2017 and I start to see my friend Rashad Allen, in his safety gear, coming and going from work. I remembering asking him where he worked and how he got his job? He told me he was a carpenter and he got started by working with CEC. During that time, I was at a point in my life where I was trying to figure out what I wanted to do. So, it was ironic that I came across Rashad and the construction industry again. As a result, I decided to go to one of CEC’s intakes, went through their process, and although it took some time I was selected to be a carpenter apprentice for Jade Carpentry. Something I will always remember is what my friend told me, “If I can do it, you can do it too”.

41

Fun fact about you? I just taught myself how to make white rice. I promise, I had to YouTube it. Best advice you’ve ever received? My father once told me, “Don’t spend your money trying to take care of everyone else, before you take care of yourself first.”

SAM _TART Sam Tart was born and raised on the west side of Chicago in the Henry Horner Housing Project. He grew up in a 2 parent home and was born the fourth child out of six. The early years for Sam were filled with violence and turmoil. He ended up serving a 25 year sentence, lost both his parents and missed out on the early years for his children. Although he lost so much while in prison he did find love. He married his wife, partner, and rock while in prison. Even though Sam was incarcerated he took the opportunity to read, earn a degree and countless certificates. He also worked in the hospice area as a way of giving back to society. 43

While incarcerated he heard about CEC-Communities Empowered Through Construction and attended several of their Intake meetings upon his release. After subsequent phone calls, his break finally came after attending the Intake for Cook County Health Systems-Fantus Project. In addition, Alderman Burnett was instrumental in keeping him motivated and encouraged him to pursue a career in construction. CEC worked closely with him to help him prepare professionally to interview with subcontractors. Sam interviewed for both a painter’s apprenticeship and a carpenter’s apprenticeship and successfully acquire both. He decided to go with Escarpita because the position gave him an opportunity to work in his community and Escarpita made him feel welcomed. Escarpita was clear about their expectation and shared with Sam that this was a life changing opportunity because

44

they only sponsor candidates every 2-3 years. Sam is so grateful because he can finally provide for his family, help build his community and be a source of motivation/inspiration for the guys that he left in prison. He wishes so many other companies were like Escarpita and embraced the idea that, mistakes that you have made in the past should not keep you from living. He feels like he is finally living and exceling as a union carpenter and first year apprentice!

BUILDING RASHADA WHITEHEAD

I

In construction, anything and everything starts with a blue print and a fortified foundation – a base. Whether a 100-level sky scraper or constructing a new road way, it takes a number of factors from architecture and engineering to skilled laborers and inspectors to bring the original idea to life. The same applies to all things we manifest in our lives. Often times construction is associated with hard hats, steel toe boots, sweat, grit, dirt and other tough grinding words. It becomes more about the process to complete a project than the people completing the project – more about the labor than the laborers.

46

This is not easy work. It is can be quickly overlooked by anyone not involved in the planning and execution process, except for the frequent complaint about disruptions to traffic or the creation of dust and debris. But like any dynamic work, it all ties back to the people. And no matter what the industry or trade, it is important that the people doing the work do what is necessary to take care of themselves not only so they can continue to find success at work, but also to thrive in life. We assume when we walk across a bridge or drive a highway, the infrastructure is solid. We take for granted when we step inside to any

BUILDING A BETTER YOU

A BETTER YOU. office, hotel or retail building the foundation is in tact. It also is a given that the people who put forth the manual labor, rain and shine, summer or winter – are equipped with the mental and physical stamina to sustain the toll it takes on their bodies.

3

Here are three motivators for those in construction (and for any industry for that matter), to practice self care and stay refreshed and aligned: // Build a base of gratitude. No structure can be sustained if that foundation isn’t right. Gratitude often serves as the base for positive outcomes and a solid personal foundation. It is the blue print of self care and empowerment. Establish a morning and/or evening routine where you take time to acknowledge the things you’re most grateful for. Having an attitude of gratitude provides a base upon which you can build anything. // Frame your plans with perspective. Identify 1-2 things that bring you joy and restore your spirit. Reading, listening to music, playing a sport, going to church – or possibility sitting quietly and doing nothing at all may be things that resonate with you. Perhaps consider something you used to love but haven’t made time for in a while. Commit to at least one of these things on a regular basis moving forward. Constantly pouring into your foundation feeds the soul. And when the soul is fed, we have perspective that brings a sense of purpose to our work and the people around us.

B/ACE

// Conduct regular inspections. Maybe the last thing you want to do when you’re not working is physical activity. Although exercise can be heavy lifting – literally – there is more to health and wellness than weight lifting and extensive cardio. Meditation, yoga or simply going for a nice long walk are simple ways to give your mind and body the quality time they need to stay healthy and strong. Construction is more than an industry, it’s a mindset. Tearing down, cleaning, designing, building and beautifying are all metaphors for personal growth and development. Hopefully, these three simple motivators can work together to encourage and empower you to take the time necessary to take care. _____

Rashada Whitehead is the President and Chief Transformation Office of KGBERRY, an organization that helps conscious companies navigate big changes. “With a career that spans nearly two decades, I have harnessed the power of purpose-driven work, to blur the lines between what I am good at and what I am passionate about. A strong foundation in public relations and communications has built bridges to serving as a professor at Roosevelt University, as well as leading a company that helps shift the culture of business around the world from transactional to transformational.”

(IT’S LIKE MAGIC) As a girl who changes her hair to reflect her mood, I am no stranger to weaves, wigs, braids, etc… Well men you too now have the same options! Man Units are all the rave as possible hair loss solution for African-Americans. They are 100% natural looking and flawless to the naked eye. My jaw dropped with disbelief when I first saw before and after pictures of these units. Of course, you know I had to get the low down. So, I enlisted the help of one of my favorite hair care professionals, “Shon The Barber.” With over 25 plus years in the industry and a specialist in Man Unit installations, she shares the secret to this new man trend…… How many steps are included in the installation of a Man’s unit? There are six steps included in the installation of a man unit. What type of preparation is needed to the natural hair and what should be considered for different hair types: full head, balding or thin? Individual consultations are mandatory to identify all the necessary steps, for a man unit installation. Who is more likely to get a man unit installed? Males who experience any noticeable thinning or balding in specific areas of their scalp. Have you noticed a certain trend in style, color or look? I have noticed that man units are beginning to trend more on social media 50

as a whole. Educating men on the various hair loss solutions. A lot of guys like to keep the top longer but some just need the “fade” look to be fuller and without the bald spots. Some men start as early as their 20’s and that can have a major effect on their outlook on life if hair is one of their greatest assets. Is the unit more popular to enhance dating, work or defy aging? Some stereotypes may exist, as with all things. Some people support women having hair installed but not men. Some men care about those stereotypes when others much rather have that heightened selfesteem again. Overall, explain the positivity connected to the man unit? The main purpose of the man unit is to enhance a man’s self-esteem. How do you maintain the male unit? The best way to keep the man units fresh and presentable is to wrap the hair nightly and prevent it from getting wet. What is the average price for a Man Unit? Unit prices range from $250 - $350 and depends on the style that is desired. How long can the unit be worn? Each man unit can last 30 days or more depending on the daily upkeep. B/ACE

Meet the

LADIES OF LATHR

OP

A

As women in a male dominated industry I find that many of us often go unnoticed. We often find ourselves fighting to have our voices heard. My daughter shared with me a quote by Shirley Chisholm that says “If they don’t give you a seat at the table, bring a folding chair.”

54

Well this month I am proud to introduce many of the influential women who have folding chairs, hammers, nails and who are instrumental in breathing life into the Julia C. Lathrop Home Project. From finance managers to flaggers, project managers to plumbers, meet a few of the Lovely Ladies

of Lathrop... This was an interesting photo shoot because it pushed many of my sisters outside of their comfort zones. We had makeup, heels, hair and a wonderful time! While this shoot was very difficult to pull off, what I learned from this whole experience is that sometimes we get caught up in what

others think we should look like and we feel compelled to give up what feels authentic to us! The Ladies of Lathrop represent women who bring their true selves daily to the project knowing that the Lathrop residents and the city of Chicago will benefit! -Rachel Ivy

JERRY LEWIS In this month’s issue we would like to spotlight Jerry Lewis‌ My mentor, my friend and a true gem in the fight for diversity and inclusion in the construction industry. He gives himself and his resources to create a legacy of responsible organizations rooted in building our Communities. Jerry Lewis has always been passionate about helping others since childhood. Jerry learned the art of helping and giving back from his grandmother and both of his parents. Lewis has enjoyed being part of a team most of his life while participating in sports throughout his youth years, high school, and college. He loves fishing in his spare time and he and his wife of 35 years 60

(Zandra Easley-Lewis) even sponsor youth sports and coach his grandsons Little League Baseball Team.  Jerry is well traveled throughout the United States and has over 30 years of construction experience. He has owned and operated JLL Construction Service Inc. for over 22 years. JLL Construction Services Inc. has capabilities of performing General Contracting, Excavation, Construction Management and Development.  During his many years in construction, Lewis saw a lack of diversity and a need for minority tradesmen. Jerry wrote a program that offered coaching and counseling to minority individuals seeking a career in the trades that otherwise would not be given the opportunity. CEEP was born, now known as CEC (Communities Empowered Through Construction). This hiring program took the community interviewing away from the prime general contractor, the subcontractors, and allowed CEC to supply qualified individuals.

After this program was established and a majority of the glitches had been worked out, the Developers and General Contractors realized the value. The only thing it was lacking was someone who had the time and background to dedicate to this program and its process. After getting a call from Alderman Burnett of the 27th Ward, he mentioned he had the perfect candidate that could run and manage the program. After sitting with Rachel Ivy, Jerry quickly discovered that Rachel was not only the perfect person to run and implement the program; she also had the business savvy to run the company herself. At that time the company’s name and ownership was changed. Lewis became the founder and Ivy the owner. In this tough world of construction CEC grew rapidly. In 2015, Lewis was approached again by Alderman Walter Burnett, to spearhead a program that would include coaching new and existing minority owned business in the area of construction. Jerry’s love of giving and motivating

others kicked into gear. The opportunity was welcomed. These individuals all had the same goal and mission of stopping the violence, and giving back. This also provided the opportunity to employ even more minorities from various wards on various construction projects.  A forum was established, known as “MBA” (The Minority Business Alliance) that met every Friday. The purpose of the forum was to help each individual start a business in the world of construction that carried value and allowed him/her to hire other individuals from the communities as their employees. Each person was given a trade that fit them and expressed their own individual passions. Lewis guided each person on their road to becoming a viable business owner in the eyes of the major Developers and General contractors.

These Business included the following: Unity Fencing Community Play Lot Builders Union Blue KPK Right Painting and Decorating Innovative Flooring Albite Granite Install Picture Perfect Landscaping Rexx Cleaning to Perfection Sir Serious Trucking Global Carpentry As a native of Chicago, born at Cook County Hospital, raised, and educated at institutions such as Ulysses S. Grant, Ryerson Grammar School, Orr High School and UIC, all on the Westside of Chicago, Jerry Lewis has a personal connection to witnessing the new transformation taking place. Jerry has the privilege of seeing everything come full circle.

DR. ROSALIND & SUPERMAN SYNDROME

E

Ever heard of Superman Syndrome? Are you the person that tries to get everything done? No time for self? You feel no one else can do it right except for you? Well you indeed possess traits of Superman Syndrome also known as a workaholic. Being a workaholic can lead to adverse health conditions. Health according to the World Health Organization is not merely the absence of disease & infirmity; it is a state of complete physical, mental & social well being.W hereas wellness is defined as the quality or state of being healthy in mind & body as a result of deliberate effort. Adverse health conditions manifest in the body in a variety of ways oftentimes referred to as stress. 64

Stress can be physical, chemical or emotional. Physical stress can be repetitive motion like lifting packages or sitting at a desk in front of a computer or being involved in a car accident. Chemical stress can be eating processed food every day or taking over the counter medication like aspirin or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or prescription medications like opioids for pain. Emotional stress can be the loss of a loved one or recent break up or loss of a job. As a result of stress, the body responds in symptoms such as headaches, fatigue, problems sleeping, digestive issues, aches & pain in the neck, shoulders, & back, pinched nerves, & spinal degeneration. Although stress cannot be eliminated as a Chiropractic Physician, I, give my patients tools to combat stress naturally. Imagine being able to give the body the right environment to heal by taking care of the very thing that determines life & death: The Nervous System. Your nervous system is responsible for communicating to every cell, tissue, & organ in the body. B/ACE

If there is a misalignment in the spine, that communication will be hindered. Correcting for the misalignment allows the body to do what is supposed to do & operate efficiently. Failure to do so greatly impacts the nervous system activating the sympathetic nervous system with increased adrenal & cortisol levels which can affect the heart rate, increased blood pressure, changes in glucose levels & digestive issues. Just as you take care of your teeth by brushing daily & going for a deep cleaning every 6 months, have your spine checked. Just as you take care of your car by getting an oil change every 3,000-6,000 miles or tune up every 40,000 miles, have your spine checked. Just as you wash hair & keep it in a protective style every 2–4 weeks or go to the barber shop for a trim every week, have your spine checked. Just as you cut the grass or clean the gutters or change the furnace filters in

B/ACE

your home, have your spine checked. Having your spine checked can be the difference of merely existing to living. Visit a Chiropractic Physician who is board certified in the area of musculoskeletal conditions. They will perform an examination & determine the misalignment in the spine. Recommendations will then be given on how to correct for the misalignment. To demonstrate how powerful the Chiropractic adjustment can be picture this: A patient who we will call, Sharon, had been working her job in nursing for over 20 years presented with low back pain. Lifting & maneuvering patients had started to wear on her so much so she was scheduled to have surgery when she came to my office. She had failed attempts with relief with over the counter medication, steroid injections in her low back, & formal therapy. Her orthopedist as a result recommended surgery. Sharon like many

65

others was afraid of surgery & thought to herself, I’ll try Chiropractic Care & if it is unsuccessful then I’ll have the surgery. She came into my office in tears barely able to complete the exam due to the pain. After going over her report of findings, I explained the misalignment & how we will treat her. She then started treatment and literally after 2 visits she saw a significant difference. “Dr. Roz, I got my life back,” as tears rolled down her face, this time with overwhelming joy. Sharon came back to the office after her adjustment stating how she canceled the surgery. Due to Chiropractic adjustments, she no longer experienced the lower back pain. She indicated the headaches that she was also xperiencing were diminishing, menstrual discomfort ceased, & most importantly she was able to interact with her children & rekindle relations with her husband.

becoming well. Superman Syndrome does not have to be your story. The reality is if you do not take care of yourself, you will not be able to take care of others. Stress will begin to deteriorate the body resulting in becoming unhealthy. Take the first step of living a healthy life by getting evaluated by a Chiropractic Physician & learning how Chiropractic Care will be beneficial to you, your family, and on the road to wellness. Yours in Health, Dr. Rosalind A. Ogunsola, D.C., MPA _______
