EDWINA LUGG I am keen to encourage young people and adults in developing their skills and abilities through education, and feel that I have been able to do that as a member of the Board of Bishop Auckland College. In the past ten years, I have been particularly active on the following committees: the Personnel and Audit Committees, the Health and Safety Committee and the Student Council. I find it particularly rewarding to be involved in awards ceremonies where recognition is given to students success and achievement, where it is also a great opportunity for family and friends to share in that experience.
