DIFFERENT CULTURES ON THE SAME STAGE A TOUCH OF PEACE-STORYBOARD OF TURKISH TEAM First Scene

They are preparing a meal for the remembrance of their friends who died in the mine accident.

While they are preparing the table , their leader comes into the room.

They all think their friends should be counted as matrys. They respect their friends.

When they are talking about their dead friends , someone comes and starts to eat the food. The leader is so angry with this man.

They begin to fight with each other because the leader doesn’t want him to eat from the table. The leader threatens him.

The Second Scene

In the second scene , the housemaid cleans the house and she talks to the lady of house (boss) why they are fighting each other.

While they are discussing the matter why those men are fighting , the housemaid has a conflict with her boss.The lady of the house gets angry and she pretends to slap the housemaid.

The Third Scene

Islam has just prayed to God.

After Islam finishes her pray she begins to talk to Christian. While they are chatting , Valda (Jewish) comes into the room.

Valda is too angry with them because they don’t wake up her and she has missed the ceremony. She asks why they don’t wake up her and they begin to discuss each other.

They all freeze while they are fighting with each other.

The Forth Scene

In the forth scene , Wo and Man ( the presenters ) come up on the stage.

They introduce themseleves and tell that they are actually one and they emphasize that there is no need to make war.

Man prevents the boss slapping to the housemaid and say ‘’PEACE IN THE WORLD.’’

Man again prevents Valda from slapping Christian and say the same. ‘’PEACE IN THE WORLD’’.

This time Wo comes next to those fighting and she prevents them slapping each other and say ‘’PEACE AT HOME , PEACE IN THE WORLD’’.

At the end they understand that they are making mistakes, thinking wrong and all of them start to dance and kiss each other.
