is committed to supporting you
It has been another challenging year for everyone, with Covid-19 still with us, inflation rates on the rise and the war in Eastern Europe. The team at Landscape House has remained committed to working hard for you, giving you the support you need to continue to succeed.
We have continued to lobby government and provide information and guidance across a range of industry issues, including red diesel, plant passports and water shortage measures. We have collaborated with professional bodies across our industry to improve standards and undertake industry research, all to ensure our members thrive.
The Association continues to build and support two key initiatives:
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
Following our Access All Areas: Inclusion and Diversity panel, we have worked in collaboration with professional bodies across the industry to develop and commit to the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Charter, a standard we can all work to, to ‘progress the breaking down of barriers in the industry and increasing access and progression for all’.
We committed to supporting mental health in the industry by offering discounted accredited Mental Health First Aid courses. This commitment remains, with new course dates offered throughout 2023. The Association encourages all members to take the pledge to have a trained mental health first aider in their business by the end of 2023.

We first used the BALI HR / H&S service for advice that a HR partner on a retainer said they would have to research. The BALI HR service got a specialist solicitor to call us back within 30 minutes with a solution and documents required. Since then we rely on the BALI service and save over £14,000 annually on third-party advice that is not always reliable or requires a retainer without a fast response. It is very reassuring to have such a depth of expert knowledge available through the Association.
