Valley is being developed by EDGE, a subsidiary of OVG Real Estate. Designed by award-winning MVRDV Architects and internationally renowned landscape designer Piet Oudolf.

This is a place where nature and modern society merge to create a landscaped, sustainable environment. Valley is a one-of-a-kind place where daily life, work and leisure meet alongside the vibrant Beethovenstraat. THE CONCEPT

The desire to make evident the programmatic change sweeping through South Axis lies at the heart of the design concept. By envisioning the outline of Valley as a sleek, shimmering corporate block, in the tradition of the early South Axis developments, the structure’s link to its context is established. The glossy, corporate block structure is carved into and hollowed out, resulting in a triple-tower composition, enshrining a public valley at its centre.

The sky bar can be reached from the retail unit on the ground floor of the north tower. This unit and the sky bar are combined.

Every unit is connected to the sewers, water, electricity (Liander), district heating and district cooling (NUON).

One retail unit, located on the first floor at the north side of Valley, includes a terrace accessible via both stairs from the public park and the atrium.
