low-rise residential The housing project and its urban design search in the rich tradition of the Modern Movement, which cannot be separated from the issue of housing, where the collective living has not only been admitted into the territory of architecture, but has actually come to occupy a central position within it. Some of the finest episodes of the plastic and ideological adventure of the avant-garde revolved around collective habitation, and the Utopian dimension of the contemporary city was inextricably tied to the social and physical project of housing in the industrial era. The project of a low-rise residential environment completes a large of widely heterogeneous buildings and presents itself as an alternative interpretation of rigid social housing directrices and of the common to the masterplan’s guidelines. The expressive force of the project is concentrated around the wide variety of compositions with the same standard elements. The urban design proposed will create a place, with standards of town planning, characterized by intense life city in which people are going to live and neighbor districts can use at any time. The design reflects a sense of quality and a clear desire to create something poetic and beautiful rather than something easy, simple and rational. The proposed design to the urban block (4 ha) establish about 200 housing units, workplaces and various facilities for entertainment and education.

The future district’s inhabitants will be captured in a new and different landscape where open, covered and closed spaces form a holistic and contemporary organism, developed on diverse residential and commercial units, including public and cultural facilities, a green structure for active and passive recreation and traffic connections with neighboring areas and the real city.
