CHINA POST SHORT BRIEF According to the brief of a chinese furniture company redesign a CHINA POST post office.
OPPORTUNITY China Post doesn't have a unified interior design for all its offices and this represents a huge business opportunity. Furthermore from my point of view crosscultural design was a great interesting challenge.
DESCRIPTION The redesign of China Post was done considering chinese culture, brand values, funcionality and state of the art in space design. The result is a modern post office that aims to innovate chinese standards for interior design and raise brand image while giving a better service. As well, the furniture inside was designed according to the same principles, focusing more on the reinterpretation of chinese traditional elements.

EL SHORT BRIEF Design a decorative lamp made of laser cut acrylic.
OPPORTUNITY To find an inspiration that can keep the lamp simple but at the same time appreciated by everyone.
DESCRIPTION EL is a black cubic lamp inspired by the ancient cult of Saturn, whose traces are found almost everywhere in the world. Its square holes, apparently of a different size due to the tilted faces, project overlapping shadows that create an almost mystical atmosphere.

OLYMPIA SHORT BRIEF Design a kitchen scale.
OPPORTUNITY Many scales have already been produced and quite often they don't look pleasant; users usually conceal them after use.
DESCRIPTION OLYMPIA was then designed as a challenge; an experiment that takes advantage of stainless steel properties and mixes them with the use of existing objects. The result is a sculptural object, thin, linear, elegant, slender but at the same time stable, which subverts the collective imagination of scales in a continuous challenge to gravity.

PULSE SHORT BRIEF Design an object inspired by a chinese traditional material.
joy
anger
fear
grief
calm
OPPORTUNITY Silk, the chosen material, has some important emotional properties connected especially to his touch. Furthermore the chinese word for silk - (Si1) sounds like , that means think and is used to express nostalgia, missing between people.
DESCRIPTION Based on the connection between missing someone and emotions, we focused on a project for long distance relationship. PULSE is composed of two objects - a bracelet and a lamp - and a smartphone app. Using the proper technology the first one can record biological signals that can be fetched by the app. Through this they can be forwarded to the partner's app and then sent to the lamp, where finally emotions will be transformed into colors.
