I KNOW HIM… DO YOU!? When women put their mind in something they get it executed no matter what, don’t call me a feminist or biasing to my sex, but history and actual practice proves it especially when it comes to something related to their partners. I’ve known a girl who went to the civil Registry to get documents to prove that her so-called boyfriend is already married in another Egyptian province, and another girl who hacked her hubby’s cell phone to receive all his whatsapp conversations. The surprising thing is that the girls’ efforts didn’t go down the drain; sadly, the boyfriend was married and the hacker’s husband was caught flirting with other girls and cheating on her, and of course, when confronted each had a pathetic lame justification to what they did. I remembered those two incidents when I heard of the most controversial secret group recently launched on Facebook under the name “I Know Him.” The secret group with strictly girls only members were able to attract thousands of members in less than a week. The aim of the group is to make sure that your partner is “women free,” meaning that you make sure that your partner (husband or boyfriend) is not in relation or contact with other women. A girl posts her partner’s pictures and asks the girls “do you know him?” And waits for the surprises! In a desperate attempt to imitate or take
revenge of the opposite sex; men created another group for men only and named it “I Know Her” for the same purposes. Both groups were banned because of the invasion of privacy, which doesn’t go with Facebook polices, but it was a total mess in the couple of weeks when the groups were active, which resulted in a number of divorces and breakups. Of course it was a double edged weapon especially when the alternative men group was active, where anyone can give false information to blackmail a person or abuse him/her. However, the number of infidelity cases that were discovered by the group was huge. In both cases, whether you hacked your hubby’s phone or have a six instinct that tells you something is wrong with your partner, your intuition will never go wrong, I am not saying that there are no loyal men out there, but just don’t ignore your guts. So dear men, if you ever think of cheating on your partner by words, outings or actual act of infidelity, either make an end to the relationship you are in gracefully or think before you act because you will get exposed sooner or later, and I think it is one of the worst feelings ever when you find yourself bending on your knees in front of a girl, who once respected you and was willing to give you her all asking for forgiveness. Never underestimate a woman’s potentials… and social media of course.

The millionaire hedge fund manager popped the question at the scenic Lake District in England and she said yes. Pippa, 32, was “completely and totally surprised” by the proposal. Rumor has it that James, 40, asked Pippa’s father, Michael Middleton, for permission before getting down to one knee. The couple has been dating less than a year, but they did date briefly in 2012, as well. Rumors of the relationship first surfaced last September when they were spotted at his home, later taking his dog for a walk.

Marriage looks really good on Russell Wilson and Ciara! The gorgeous couple stepped out on for their first red carpet appearance since tying the knot, and the “Give Me Love” singer couldn’t have been more radiant, flaunting her sizeable wedding ring and impressive décolletage. The 27-year-old Seattle Seahawks quarterback, who dressed to the nines in a traditional white tux, walked hand-in-hand with his new bride while posing for photos before this year’s ESPY Awards in Los Angeles. Ciara absolutely slayed in a shimmering, pink and silver Cavalli Couture gown, designed by Peter Dundas, who also created her amazing wedding dress. However, even the cleavage-baring gown did little to distract from her massive ring.

Learning to Accept Your Partner as He is L earning to accept your partner as he is and not
try to change anything about him is one of the most difficult things you can do in a relationship yet, the most important thing to do to keep your relationship going. We all have flaws and have our own differences, but are you able to accept your partner’s flaws and differences? Sherouk Nafie explains to you the importance of accepting your partner’s flaws and how you should do that..
LOUNGE 26
If you’re in a relationship either its marriage, engagement or even a casual thing, you know that nobody figures out the odds at the beginning. Simply because at the beginning everybody has to show his best, every partner gets busy with showering the other with love and makes his best to show his greatest qualities. Also, at the beginning of a relationship, we tend to focus on what we like and what we’ve been missing, be it a relationship, a loving partner, or somebody to call yours. We sometimes avoid criticizing our partner especially at the beginning so we wouldn’t lose him or threat the relationship. Yet, eventually we fail in seeing our partner flaws or maybe we just choose to be blind until you completely endear yourself to the person, who you considered the one and you start to feel and act free, and this is when both of you start to see each other’s flaws, and criticism takes place in your relationship and you start hating each other ironically for the same reasons that made you together in the first place. You can’t accept every single detail in your partner because nobody is perfect and people are different, we are all different in a way or another, we will criticize each other, argue about things, and we will always have different point of views and different aspects of the way we see and live life. The first step towards accepting your partner is learning by heart to understand and respect that we are different, and that criticism and differences will always exist and that they don’t have to ruin your relationship or even affect it. As the relationship develops, you become
more confident of your partner and your commitment, and then, you start to share and discuss what you don’t like about yourself, you start to talk about your insecurities, show your points of weakness and at the same time allow your partner to show what he has in store as well. However, the mistake takes places here in two different ways: the first one is the way you think of yourself and the way you think how your partner sees you after knowing about your insecurities. At this point, you know that he realized that you are not perfect, and questions and concern rise in your head asking yourself: does he still love me the same way? Would he be able to tolerate my insecurities and my flaws? Is he okay with the fact that I am not perfect? Your uncertainty now causes defensiveness and aggression in an unconscious attempt to show pride, or you can go completely the opposite, weak, needy, dependent and attached because now that he knows your flaws, you started to feel weak in front of him. Either ways, you eventually mess it all up and ruin your relationship all by yourself because you are unable to accept yourself in the first place. The second mistake that you make after knowing more about your partner’s weak points is not considering that he will feel the same way like yourself, and that he became insecure of his insecurities and flaws in front of you. The same thing happens and he starts to question whether you will be able to handle and accept his weak points or not. You should be considering at this point and learn to deal with his sensitivity, you should learn to learn about your partner, know
him by heart before criticizing and making your own expectations. Give your partner the chance to be himself around you; things might not be bad as you think they are. Relationships that are the most successful are those where both partners share their inner world, their real thoughts, feelings and desires, and one where both partners can talk and listen to each other. When you share a validating style of interacting together, you build trust and intimacy. These are the bonds that make relationships last. While the concept of validation may seem simple, it can sometimes be a little tricky to execute. So to achieve flawless success in your relationship, you need to learn how to accept your partner with all their flaws, and how to let them accept you with your flaws, how to understand and value your differences and how to cope with them forever. You need to be a caring and a mindful listener, listening carefully may be the best thing you can do to anyone as it adds more value to yourself and to the relationship. Make sure while listening to postpone your comments, your criticism and your objections. Don’t give advice at least till they finish, make eye contact and try to understand the reason behind their actions, go deep and let them put down their guards and let down the walls. The second important step you will need to do is accepting their point no matter what, understand their reasons and give them excuses, let them see and feel that you’re not attacking,
you’re not going to leave and that you are not seeing them any less. Accepting their points and acknowledging their topics doesn’t necessarily mean that you agree on what they say or do, learning how to share the differences is the most respectful thing you can do to be in a successful relationship, you can always accept and acknowledge their point without agreeing with it or do it yourself. Teach yourself and your partner that being different is a normal thing, and that doesn’t have to create a fight or second thoughts about your relationship. A healthy space between partners is important to accept one another. When two partners spend most of their time together, they tend to become frustrated after a while and create fights for no reason. A space enables each one of you to learn to accept one another because too much of a thing is not a healthy thing. Being with someone all the time makes you point out his weak points and become unable to tolerate them and this is the problem. However, when you have the personal space to do things on your own and have a life of your own, the frustration becomes less, and the appreciation for one another develops. Expectations ruin our relationships with people and make us incapable of accepting the person as he is. The expectations we put and the image we draw in our minds build a wall between you and your partner. Expecting and imagining are way better than reality because
we as human beings are creative by nature. Even worse, expecting more from your partner because of your past relationships that were not fulfilling to you becomes a burden on you, your partner and the entire relationship. You need to know that people are different and that your partner is not responsible for your past failed relationships. Learn to allow your partner to love you the way he does because simply this is him and his way that is unique and makes him different than any other person. Learn to accept him and love him for the way he is not for the person you want him to become. “Let our scars fall in love-” Galway Kinnell. We all bring our baggage, scars, old wounds and flaws into a relationship, we all want that new person who will help us unpack, who would share our disappointments, and make it all up, this hero who will come all the way to let us know why we had to wait all that time. We all want that special someone who will make new discoveries about some areas, maybe we don’t even know about yet, we all make the assumption that we know that if he’s the one we will know, but we don’t. Most of the time we forget to look at our own mirrors and figure out that we don’t fully know or like the person who is staring straight back at us, we all need to accept ourselves, and to surrender to the fact that we all have flaws, we need to forgive ourselves that we are not perfect, we all need to learn that accepting a partner the way they are is the art of accepting and loving ourselves at the first place.
“Let our scars fall in love-” Galway Kinnell.

HANY ADEL The Road to
Cannes a
mira Tharwat talks to Egyptian musician and actor Hany Adel about his latest movie Eshtebak which caught all eyes being called the Jewel of Cannes Film Festival this year. The father of two talks about what tempted him to participate in the movie, the role of his dreams, and shares with us some relationship advice.
LOUNGE 30
How were you nominated for Eshtebak? I accepted the role in ‘Eshtebak’ even though I was going to work on another two movies that I apologized for when Mohamed Diab called me to tell me about the movie. I accepted the offer right away when I knew that it will be watched in Europe especially that my kids live in France and I have always wanted them to watch something that I participated in that is translated and that I am proud of. I was very happy when I read the script, and I was happier when I watched the movie, which was all set in a police truck. What did you feel when you knew that the movie is going to Cannes? This was a completely different feeling. I knew that the movie was going to Cannes a short period before that, and I wasn’t going to go
because my passport had to be renewed, but thank God, I received the visa and was able to go to Cannes. The feeling of having an Egyptian movie participating in Cannes is indescribable; we were all very happy and proud to be there and to work on this movie. On the red carpet, how were the team received and the review after it was aired? All of the reviews were positive. The remarkable thing that I heard was that ‘Eshtebak’ was the jewel of Cannes Film Festival. All movie reviewers and critics from all over the world spoke about ‘Eshtebak,’ which made us all even more proud. Our prize is that we joined the Cannes Film Festival. The feeling of being on stage as Egyptians, who worked on that movie, is priceless. I believe that the movie presented
the situation in an unbiased way. The whole cast was open to any suggestions, and we all worked freely without any restrictions. We all worked hard on that movie as it was one of the movies that required physical and mental efforts more than any other movie. We were hit in the movie, thrown with water, and had to inhale smoke, which made us exert a lot of physical effort. What is your comment on the people who criticized the movie before watching it? I think that they thought that the movie criticized the Government, which is not true. Mohamed Diab was very objective. The message behind the movie is that Egyptian should unite to face any crisis just like the story of the movie as people with different political ideologies united together to face the situation they were in.

What is your comment on the terrorism acts practice in France recently? It actually affects the Arab community in general not just the Egyptian community, it affects any Arab who wants to travel and/ or who lives there as there are a lot of people who work there and there are people who receive education there as well. My daughters’ mother used to live in Egypt years ago, and so, she knows very well Egyptians and so, she raised our daughters on learning the real values of Egyptians, they are aware that what is happening currently has nothing to do with Islam. How do you think is the role of the celebrities to help end terrorism? Egyptian celebrities should address the lower classes to encourage them to develop and become more educated because they would never be able to do this on their own. We should also raise awareness and educate people in order to become better. The most important message is to deliver the education that people received to the people who didn’t. What is the TV serial you enjoyed watching the most this Ramadan? Unfortunately, I didn’t have the time to watch any Ramadan series yet. This was the first Ramadan to finish shooting before the holy month started. I shooted ‘Ya Reit’ series that was aired only in Lebanon, which I finished 2 weeks before Ramadan so, I took this chance to travel to my daughters. Yet, I would love to watch ‘Grand Hotel’ and ‘Banat Superman.’ Do you feel that you have been focusing on acting more recently rather than on music? Not at all. I have workshop at the time being as we are working on a new album for ‘West El Balad.’ I am actually more into music than acting, that’s what I like to do. Any coming concerts? Not this month, maybe next month or in October in Sayet El Sawy with ‘West El Balad.’ What is the role you are still dreaming of doing? I have always wanted to play the role of a psycho villain which I played in ‘Ya Reit’ series. You are a single father describe your dream girl… Of course, just like any person. I hope in the future that I would be with someone who is open-minded, experienced, mature, kind, and educated. I don’t care if she is an artist, but I would love that she would have a taste in art in general. What relationship advice would you give to your daughter? First thing, don’t make too many sacrifices. Also, do everything that makes you happy because you’ll make people around you happy when you are happy. Don’t try to make people happy when you are not, which I think is the reason for most failed relationships right now. What are you working on? I still don’t know yet. However, there are plans that ‘Ya Reit’ series would be aired in Egypt soon.

ZOE SALDANA STAR TREK BEYOND t
he USS Enterprise crew explores the furthest reaches of uncharted space, where they encounter a new ruthless enemy who puts them and everything the Federation stands for to the test. Playing the role of Lieutenant Uhura, star Zoe Saldana reveals all about the role of the adventures sci-fi movie Star Trek Beyond. What was it like being back on Star Trek for the third time? I know that many actors don’t have the privilege to come back and enter the same world, work with the same cast, and get to reprise the same story over and over again, so it’s a gift I don’t overlook. I don’t think any of us do. It was a blessing. Is it a different experience every time you get to revisit her? Yeah, even though there are parts of her that will remain constant, she’s a character that must evolve like a person - like any other person. Even if there are eternal traits or feelings that I work on just for her, she’s definitely evolving. Where do we find her in the story, now that she and the rest of the characters are out into deep space? Yes they are, and we’ve been there for awhile, so there’s this sense when you first see us all, that we’re tired, living in the same ship, working with the same people, and living with them in very close quarters. I think it’s gotten to us a little bit, so you get a sense that everybody needs a bit of a break to regenerate but that’s not really what’s in store for us (laughs). When I spoke to Chris [Pine] he said that it was like being stuck on a submarine for a very long time. Did you have that stircrazy feeling too? Absolutely. That’s exactly what the story had for us, and we were very excited because it made sense. It felt very real for characters who are co-workers, who like each other, but have been working together for a very long time - moving in a limited way but working in an aggressive way. What can you tell me about the story’s general themes? The challenges that we’re going to be facing are obviously real - in this situation
LOUNGE 34
in particular, we’re the targets, as opposed to being the ones that come in and provide help and guidance. We’re the ones who are being victimized and challenged in the biggest ways. Our relationships are also affected by that - we have to find a way to get back to each other and rescue ourselves. Zachary was saying there are kind of “pairings” in the film. Do you guys get split up at all? There are, because there’s the way that we are all abruptly separated - the good thing is that we all find each other at different times. We’re helping each other, so there is a lot of pairing. Who was the main person you got to do scenes with? Sulu. It was awesome - I love working with John [Cho]. He’s really funny, and according to what we do and what we’ll be challenged with, it’s great that we work together and that we’re paired up. Do you get a lot of action? Do you enjoy doing it? I always enjoy doing action. In this movie in particular, I don’t have a lot of physical action, and that’s something that I really appreciated Simon [Pegg, writer] taking into consideration. I had just had twin boys six months before we starting shooting, so I kind of needed a break (laughs). So this was your first role being back after giving birth? The very first, so I was very happy to be going back with a group of people that knows me well, that I feel very comfortable with. But it’s difficult to have to leave when your little offsprings are really very little. What has Simon brought to the story as writer? Has he brought some humor into it? He sure did, but I think humor will never overpower the tension that we all have because of what we do and because of what
the Enterprise is all about. Those moments of levity do provide a very awesome sense of relaxation, which was great. Simon is known for being a part of stories that are humoros, but also very heartfelt, and the relationships that the characters have are very solid, so he was able to provide that trait of himself to his writing [for this film]. Because he’s in the team with you guys, does that put him in a better position to write for Star Trek? Yes he sure is. Also he’s been a fan of Star Trek since he was a very young man, so there’s this affection with which he approaches the whole thing - this whole thing that we call Star Trek and the characters. I do think he also gave himself a lot of action scenes and we were like, “Simon! What are you trying to do?” (Laughs). There was a new director as well, Justin Lin. What was that like? Well, we missed J.J. [Abrams] because you get used to people, but I knew that he was going to be a part of that and definitely be involved, and he sure was. With Justin, even though it takes adjusting any time you’re going to be working with somebody for the very first time, it was amazing. He brought his game, he’s a focused director, he knows what he wants and he goes out to get it. I really do respect that. Did J.J. come to the set at all? He was not able to, but he would constantly let us know that he was around by sending us messages or just replying back if we ever had any inquiries. It was great. It still felt like he was involved. What’s it like for the new guys who have joined you, because the rest of you are so close? We are but there’s always room for new people. What was it like working with Sofia [Boutella]? Fantastic! Oh my God. To know that there would be another woman, and a kick-ass girl for that matter? I was so, so thrilled. She was a blast - she was sweet, and yet so professional and dedicated. And beautiful! The way she moved was fantastic, so we had a blast with her on set and talking about her when she wasn’t on set. I do know that the other cast got to spend more time together, more than me, because I was there with my family so on my time off there were a lot of mommy duties that I had (laughs). I would always hear these awesome stories of them hanging out whenever they did have days off together. They would get so excited when they had those together. And what about Idris Elba? I’ve worked with Idris before, and I was very happy that he was a part of our cast. Is he a good villain? I mean, this is Luther, of course he’s great! (Laughs). He’s such a versatile, multi-layered, diverse, talented actor who came with a game, and we were just in awe. Since it’s the 50th anniversary of Star Trek, does that give the project more pressure or responsibility? Yes and no - I think there’s a celebratory aspect to the anniversary that makes it exciting and joyful. In terms of the responsibility, I feel like we’re always going to have it because we’re kind of the newbies - we walked into an already classical iconic show, so there’s still that sense that we’re just so lucky. We feel so lucky to be a part of it. Have you met any original members from

the TV show? I did. I had the pleasure of knowing Leonard Nimoy - what a gift to know that I was able to meet a legend and that I was able to have very small but meaningful conversations with him. That’s something I will always treasure. And you Michelle Nichols too… I did, on the first movie. I was beside myself when I met her. You shot in Dubai and Vancouver. What did that bring to the film? Yes we did. They were in Dubai much longer than I was - I was there to shoot one day, and I was so excited to be there, but it was a definitely new. Vancouver was an amazing city to shoot in. We were in the studio there. Why do you think we all love films like Star Trek? Why did you love it when you were a kid? Well, for me, it’s about the possibilities - it gave me more possibilities to imagine the unimaginable, and for someone like me, I love creating things. It’s sometimes a little limiting to work with what you have, what’s already been there, and you just get to do another version of it. I kind of go, ‘well, let’s try to invent something, and see what it looks like, and what comes of it.’ I love being a part of those discoveries.

ARE YOU HAVING A ‘SIZE ZERO’ OBSESSION? Since women are constantly bombarded with Barbie-like doll images, they are under much pressure to measure up to a certain social and cultural ideal of beauty. This new trend led to being obsessed with ‘size zero’ that was brought 10 years ago by the British designers. So, let us discuss the causes, signs, risks and solutions to overcome the ‘size zero obsession.’
Causes of being skinny:
Experts point to a number of causes including: • Family history • Personality traits such as, perfectionism and low self-esteem. • Popular Media • Fashion designers that promote for severe weight loss by insisting on having extremely skinny models.
Suggested Signs and symptoms: Dr. Ingy Hashad Lecturer of Biochemistry German University in Cairo Healthcare Nutritionist American University in Cairo ingy.hashad@guc.edu.eg

Over- Exercising Compulsive exercising is characterized by the desire to exercise above all else, even if that means missing social engagements, or pushing through workouts if you feel ill. Another warning sign that exercising has become a health detriment instead of benefit is feeling extremely guilty if you miss a workout, and doubling up your efforts in your next exercise session. Excessively Restricting and Counting Calories Watching your daily intake of calories is a healthy idea. Obsessively counting each and every calorie that passes through your lips, and being constantly hungry because you are not taking in enough food or setting severe eating rules for yourself can all indicate that a healthy behaviour has become an unhealthy obsession. Constantly Weighing Yourself Checking the scale more than once a day could be a sign that you’re too fixated on your weight. The scale can be a powerful tool in trying to maintain a healthy body, and it can be an unhealthy enabler that feeds into an obsession about your weight. You should weigh yourself once a week at the same time of the day, which can help you gauge how different levels of activity and calorie consumption affect your body weight. Eating Disorders At its most severe, a weight obsession can turn into a disorder, which is either of two things: ‘Anorexia Nervosa,’ which is characterized by an irrational fear of gaining weight, or ‘Bulimia Nervosa,’ which will lead

to eating large quantities of food, but these binging sessions are followed by a sense of guilt and subsequent extreme behaviours such as, purging through the use of forced vomiting or laxatives or diuretics, excessive exercise, fasting, or any combination of these methods.
Risks of being skinny:

Lowered Immune System Your immune system needs fuel to take on invading infections, and unless an underweight person is eating very carefully, he or she could easily starve this disease defense guard. Anemia Anemia is a disease of the blood that occurs when there is a deficiency of red blood cells. It is caused by nutritional deficiency of iron, Vitamin B12 and folate. Fertility Issues Being underweight can cause many reproductive issues for women. A woman’s menstrual cycle often stops or becomes irregular when she is too skinny. Osteoporosis One useful task that our fats perform is producing estrogen. Without enough estrogen, bones become brittle and prone to breakage.

Treatment for Negative Body Image Getting treatment for distorted body image is a critical step to recovery. The problem won’t just go away by itself. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, an approach where irrational thoughts are recognized, analyzed and restructured to more rational self-talk, is frequently used. Additionally, dance and movement therapy are often employed to develop a greater trust and appreciation of one’s body based upon creating internal experiences, rather than simply evaluated one’s body aesthetically.

ESHTEBAK
A Must Watch a
must watch movie that will enlighten your soul as non-less than award winning actor Tom Hanks mentioned on his Facebook page about Egyptian Director Mohamed Diab’s movie ‘Eshtebak,’ this month Mazen Bayoumy writes about the movie that was described as the Jewel of Cannes Film Festival.
Let me start off by saying that as a fellow filmmaker, I hate this film. The story was outstanding, the characters were original and the direction was inspiring and thus, my hatred for this picture. If you have not picked up on the joke yet, you are probably Egyptian, the hotheaded, humourous, happy and, well, beautiful Egyptian that makes ‘Eshtebak’ the masterwork that it is. With many quite tempting opportunities to follow the traditional style of Egyptian Filmmaking, or simply the easier approach, our fearless director Mohamed Diab chooses to take the road less travelled and lead the film into what can only be described as a new wave of Egyptian cinema. Deciding to never exit the police van in which the whole film is shot, may seem like a simple task, but do not be fooled, it is not as easy as it looks. The effects of this decision are not only rooted in the film’s visual presentation, but also in its plot, resulting in a sort of restraint from telling more parts of the story on Diab’s part. This is important to note as an area in which many conventional filmmakers would have succumbed. Where others would have felt the need to exit the van throughout the film or provide exterior shots to support and progress the plot, Diab sacrifices closure for suspense.
LOUNGE 40
The direction of the film aims at keeping the audience as anxious as the passengers of the van, and with a choice of tight shots and dedicated acting, the result is obvious within the theater seats. It is quite complex for one to try and explain their opinions on the issues of the 30th of June, 2013 and the Egyptian coup d’état. Any attempt to do so and they will most probably find themselves submitting to the meaningless trials of the misinformed and eventually the crowd favourite, “which side are you on?” It is important to note that ‘Eshtebak’ is not a film about the Revolution, but rather a film surrounded by it. Diab believes in just that, he does not force an opinion or approach the film with a heavy hand, he lays out the story and steps back, giving the audience the chance to set aside their views and experience the effects of someone else’s. The key to ‘Eshtebak’s’ success is by far its originality. From the opening shot of the film to its last, there is a huge breath of fresh air that has been missing from the Egyptian screen for decades. Diab is not afraid to take his time to explore the psyche of the average man and woman, working his way through various levels of society and providing us with
characters that are true. He does not restrain himself from visiting the small details such as an ongoing game of tic tac toe that takes place amidst all the madness, or the dilemma of using the restroom as a passenger of a van with almost twenty others. These details are not fillers, but necessary insights into how at end of the day and at end of all the chaos, we are all humans. Every onscreen talent in this picture commands their role, bringing different characteristics and mannerisms to what was once ink on paper to create real and hopefully relatable personalities. Characters that were vital, but abandoned in previous Egyptian films are humanized and given a voice, specifically the central security forces, who for decades were portrayed as mindless followers, now take action and these actions may have consequences. In a shot reminiscent of Luis Buñuel’s 1929 Un Chien Andalou, in which Buñuel slices open a woman’s eye to signify how he promises to open the audience’s eyes to a new world of storytelling, Mohammed Diab promises to do the same by exposing the world to what is possible in what was once one of the world’s greatest film industries. ‘Eshtebak’ is an essential film that is hopefully the beginning of a new wave of Egyptian cinema.

7 Reasons
not to play W
e all heard of the most controversial game released by Nintendo ‘Pokémon Go.’ Though the game is not open for Egypt yet, but since we have a lot of time in our hands, our Egyptian hackers managed to find a way us to play the game. Brought to you by games experts, read below seven reasons why you shouldn’t download the game on your smart phone, be it on Android operating system or iphone.
1
Hackers might get control of your device; Android phones use an APK file to execute the application in your devices. Now, this file can be used by hackers to get inside your cell phone. Hackers must have already been trying to get their hands on the APK file to transform it into a malware application and know every move you make afterwards.
2
Threat to privacy; The ‘Pokémon Go’ game app when installed on your device gets access of your GPS, and in iPhones, it can even give full access to your Google accounts. Although developers say they have taken care of that issue, threats still loom as the game has already lured the hackers.

Battery drain, ‘Pokémon Go’ uses your camera and GPS to let you play the game, but this comes at a terrific price, it drains your battery when you get addicted to it and keep on playing it. Stress reduction; the repetitive It is dangerous, having you not already pondered that you can play the game while driving and catch them all? Although the idea seems quite fascinating, but it is dangerous and riskier.
5
The game is costly; the game you might have been playing for long now was never free. Have you checked your mobile data plan and learned about how much data packets you have exhausted, which you will be billed for?
6
You will never win! One of the biggest problems of ‘Pokémon Go’ is that it’s not a skill-based game. The main objectives are catching Pokémon, claiming Gyms and leveling up. None of these things have anything to do with skills it’s only about how much time you waste.
7
The attachment and addiction; do it now before you become more glued and get a high score, which will make you feel bad for the time you wasted catching those Pokémons.
