Pets Puppy Preschool Class (Level 1)
Intro to Obedience Class (Level 2)
Ages 14+ mths. Learn all about your new puppy! This class begins training on behaviors, manners, and simple commands, and also will discuss common puppy issues including, but not limited to: housebreaking, crate training, mouthing, jumping, common vaccines, grooming routines, food information, etc. We will begin positive reinforcement for teaching new commands, introducing new environments/ people, teaching good manners when interacting with other dogs and humans. Get your dog started on the right paw with general obedience skills that all dogs (and humans) should know! This class will lay the foundations of training by teaching you, the owner, the principles of dog training, how to easily communicate with your dog, how to increase difficulty of commands once your dog starts to understand them, and much more. We will work on engagement with your dog, teach them the “place” command, and begin practicing the foundations for loose leash walking. 4-19 dogs
