Silver Anniversary Come celebrate at Willow Winery – A Faulkner Family Vineyard – located on the beautiful Leelanau peninsula. As this beloved old winery launches the 2022 season, the epic announcement is to introduce you to the fabulous new owners, Tracy and Harry Faulkner. In 2019 they planted summer roots, buying a home in Traverse City. Mesmerized by our area, and a love of wine to boot; They were passionate about becoming vineyard owners and Willow Winery happened to be for sale. It was serendipity. Purchasing it from original founders John and Jo Crampton last year. 2022 falls on the 25th year anniversary. “We will be celebrating the Spectacular Silver Anniversary with many fun events, and many unique opportunities for our guests, friends and neighbors,” Immersing themselves in the world of wine, the couple also spent last summer refreshing the Tasting Room with a mini makeover and even harvested the grapes by hand! The chichi boutique winery boasts one of the most spectacular vista views of West Grand Traverse Bay. The Faulkner’s have also committed giving a portion of every tour to a chosen charity in the community. “Please stop by and say hi. Pick up a Silver Platter Cheese Plate and enjoy your time in the great Michigan sunshine,” 10702 E. Hill Top Rd. Suttons Bay. willowvineyardwine.com

North Bar-Hot Night Out Alert. “North Bar is a highend cocktail lounge that also serves food,” explains GM Matt Anderson. “We want to bring something new and dynamic to this corner that no one else has done.” Located on the 2nd floor above Brasserie Amie, North Bar is the “cherry on top” overlooking the vibrant corner of Front St. and Cass. It’s the ultra-chic vision of owners Jason Thibodeau and Rob Lindsay, the dynamic duo with the Midas touch. They struck gold with The Parlor, a bar featuring Prohibition-era ambiance, amazing craft cocktails, and live music and are recently claiming a “French Parisienne” downtown takeover with Brasserie Amie with the creation of the North Bar. The elevated space oozes sophistication with a stunning Brazilian walnut-topped bar, elegant high-top tables, and trendy seating. The steel beams and brick walls make it feel industrial and coastal with the dazzling blue bay in view. Beloved chef Ralph Humes is back in TC with a bang, crafting his soulful cuisine. On weekends, summer nights will be rocking with live music with emphasis on classic ’80s and ’90s throwbacks. 160 E. Front St. Traverse City.
