HOW TO RECEIVE EHP LEADS & WHAT TO DO WITH THEM ONCE YOU RECEIVE THEM.

WHAT IS THE ELITE LEADS PROGRAM

The Elite Leads Program (ELP) is designed to provide agents with high-quality leads and strategies to convert them into successful real estate transactions It includes various lead sources and structured processes to maximize results

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR THE ELITE LEADS PROGRAM

To qualify, complete the following actions by Monday at 5 pm MST

(10) 2-Minute Conversations in Follow Up Boss

OR 1-Hour+ of Mojo Talk Time

Complete the Weekly PULSE Power Play and post it in the PULSE Facebook Group with the hashtag #pulsepowerplay

Complete and post the PULSE Weekly Scoreboard in the PULSE Facebook Group with the hashtag #weeklyscoreboard.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR HANDLING LEADS?

Attend Weekly EHP Role Play Sessions

Download, print, and complete the Elite Leads Checklist

HOW DO I SET THE APPOINTMENT?

Set the appointment and add notes in Follow Up Boss

Add your appointment in FUB under Opportunities

WHO IS KATY BARTIC?

Hello! My name is Katy Bartic I’m here to help!

For leads: ask relevant questions, confirm contact details, set an appointment, and update FUB.

For missed calls: Check FUB > Click Inbox > Click Company to follow up.

For agent-specific calls: Gather caller information and send a Microsoft Teams message to the relevant agent without sharing personal phone numbers.

Confirm with the client via email and text

Order and pick consultation and marketing materials from the EHP Print Shop

Katy Bartic is EHP's designated contact for all initial email and text communications with potential clients Katy Bartic is a fictional name created to facilitate the handoff of leads to you. She is not Kathryn Bartic.

Our updated Sales Conversation Guide refers to Katy Bartic as your business partner When you contact the lead, you'll introduce yourself as following up on her behalf and then take over the lead from there

Do not practice on your leads and clients. Attend EHP Role Play every week to ensure you are communicating in a professional manner. Check your EHP Calendar for more information on when the next Role Play Session is. Download, print, and complete the Elite Leads Checklist found the following page to ensure consistency and professionalism across the organization.

WHAT DOES SHE DO

She reviews your Fello database and engages with your buyer and seller leads. When they are ready to have a conversation, these leads are handed off to you to set the appointment
