DAILY SCHEDULE OF A TOP PRODUCER

220 days a year means I’ll be working Monday through Friday; 44 weeks a year. That will allow me three weeks of vacation throughout the year, three weeks of educational conferences, and two weeks for holidays. My schedule will consist of the following: VISION

7:30-7:45am: Review scripts, role play, review goals and recite affirmations out loud

7:45-10:45am: Prospect (call) for expired’s, FSBO’s, Just Listed, Just Sold’s, Rent by Owner’s, NED/Short Sale Lists, and set Listing Appointments

10:45-11:00am: Break time; drink water, check your phone and emails, update your Fantasy Team, utilize restroom facilities if needed

11:00-12:00pm: Input leads, follow up leads, and make sure your Real Geeks dashboard is updated 100%

12:00-12:30pm: Role Play

12:30-1:30pm: Lunch

1:30-6:00pm: Listing appointments and buyer appointments, if none are scheduled, continue to prospect and set new appointments
